Well I didn't say they would be raking in the wins. I said if the Sox can get it together and win series against these teams. They will have a good chance.

Well while the Sox play KC, Minny has Ana. If the Sox can win the series and Ana can win their series. The Sox will be right back in this thing. Not to mention Minny has Oak, Sea, Cle, NYY, Cle, Tex...coming soon. Sox have a healthy diet of KC, Cle, Det and others. If the Sox can get it together and win these series they will be just fine.

Well just think it will only get better soon, with Mike North coming to the daytime slot. Sheesh.

I am very surprised they resigned Mac. Sutter just didnt seem to care for him very much. Plus working him like a dog and having him get reinjuried. Hopefully he will be fully healed and get good playing time. He is going to be a very good Dman.

To get them or to get rid of them??? lol I think it was great getting rid of both. Loaiza had much more success than Koch did here though.

The streak should have never gotten this bad.... The starting pitching has been pretty good of late. Keeping the team in it. How many games were blown by the bullpen and lack of offense? I am just glad to see them come out and still play hard and not giving up. Hopefully there won't be anymore of this kind of losing streak from here on in. Great Job Freddy and Davis.

I would be surprised if the Sox bring Schoney back next season. His attitude alone will sink him here I believe.

Looks like the Sox are suffering from Billy Kochitis.... all the relievers save Shingo have been bad of late.

He may be worth a look in ST but if he can't make it then send him out.

Hendry did quite good on getting Nomahhhh, but it all lies now in do they resign him? I would bet no way. Nomar will probably want to go back to the West Coast anyway like he has said before but Nomar will be commanding a huge salary in which I don't see the Cubs wanting to pay. So now he is just a rental guy and they still payed a very little price but next year will be stuck with the same problem... who plays SS??

I like this part... And another scout, asked to compare Loaiza's stuff to Contreras' stuff, said: "Not only does Contreras have better stuff. It's two grades better. Sox need to avoid the sweep tomorrow and then get healthy on Royals pitching. Sox can still do it. Anyone know when Contreras is suppose to pitch?? I am interested in seeing how he does.

Thats better than what Loaiza would have been asking for anyway. Loaiza has sucked thus far and Contreras could be very good for the Sox. I like the deal.

I did something tonight I am not proud of. I threw my remote in total disgust when Marte walked in the winning run. My remote is now destroyed. Talk about being a dumbass eh? I couldn't help it though. I mean I can see losing by a big hit or something but walk in the winning run. Man....that drives me insane. Anyway, vent over. Lets get em tomorrow and atleast the Red Sox came through today though.

By the look of this deal, LA makes out like a bandit. The other two get screwed with the exception of Marlins getting Mota. Other than this its total robbery for LA.

Thats why I say he needs some serious work. He needs to cut his swing down much like Crede does.
