Anybody watching WGN?
White Sox are giving fans the opportunity to work on the field. In what is probably Rob Gallas' last PR disaster, here is what the following money gets you:
$1000 - Change bases during the 5th inning
$1500- - Give line up card to ump before game
$5000 - batting practice on an offday and a picnic in the park.
All money generated is given to White Sox charity.
ya i saw that and hawk was praising it and dj was sitting there saying thats just about as close as u can get to the action without playing.

wow this is just absolute greed. i read the first to lines of the article and couldnt beleive my eyes. Archie and Eli need to suck it up and whoever he plays for he needs to go out and play his ass of regardless of the team. thats where i lose respect for professional sports is when people let there egos get in the way and then they dont give all they got and start cryin cuz they dont wanna play for this team or there not getting paid enough. just f***ing play ur getting paid more then most people ne wayz

i like gload but i dont think he should replace frank. he definetly adds solid depth that we need coming off the bench.

My final year of little league, we were the White Sox, but our colors were black and YELLOW. As a team, we went and bought cheap White Sox hats and colored the SOX logo yellow and wore them during the games. Fun stuff.

my dad and grandpa were both sox fans and also most of my baseball games that i saw when i was younger was at comisky so ive basically been sox since birth.

i left this thread before the bottom of the ninth so i wouldnt jinx e-lo and it worked. nice job today by e-lo, he definetly had his best stuff today.
