So I've had a severe case of tennis elbow going on three months. I've tried physical therapy, icing, and anti inflammatory drugs to no avail. So today I got a cortisone injection. My specialist doctor was all about it, surprised that I hadn't received one yet. What should I expect?
you don't bunt down by five. Unless you are classless. Would you if it wasn't a no no or perfect game, no. One run means nothing. Its was a professionally managed game by someone who understands baseball ethics.
Joe maddon and the Rays displayed a lot of class today. With the speed the team has, they easily could have tried to knock Buehrle off his rhythm with a bunt in the later innings. True professionals.

Thanks to MLB.TV I missed the entire 9th inning. Can anyone tell me what happened with the Thornton/Longoria battle? Was that the final out?
Huh, my mlb.tv worked fine.

Nice spot-start by Torres. Not overwhelmingly awesome, but he kept us in the game. And big ups to Thornton for the two-inning save.
The Rays announcers are such whiners. They wouldn't shut up about the missed 3rd strike call on Alexei, as if they were the only ones who've been getting screwed by poor calls this series.
Was Hawk announcing for the Ray too?
Rule is eat one gram of protein per pound of body weight you want. If you weigh 200 and want to lose 15lbs, intake 185 grams of protein throughout your day. If you weigh 150 and want to add ten pounds of muscle, intake 160 grams. Also studies have shown that 20 grams of protein following your workout is enough to speed muscle growth. More protein didn't do any harm, it also didnt provide any further benifits to muscle growth (Mens Health, Canadian Research). Still i take 48grams after a workout just add to my protein intake for the day.

Honestly, if Clayton says he feels strong, I let him finish this game out. With the way the bullpen has been, along with how he has thrown tonight, it's his game. Let him win it or lose it.
agree
