Every state has their own rules. State legislatures are really a mixed bag.

Many places are calling AZ. VA looks like its shifting back too. IMO the entire point of a Biden candidacy was to win PA.

I think this will come down to PA/WI/MI For Biden's campaign I think you rank for likely to win as 1) PA, 2) MI and 3) WI.

If that is true youre probably looking at about +200k for Biden. If its lower than that hes done. If its above 300-400k hes looking good.

Historically Madison/ Milwaukee come in late. Biden may be down some because if there are less students at UW due to covid hed miss out on those votes.

Its reverse NC/OH, Trump needs a huge early lead. I think youll see similar in WI/MI. Hoping for a split with Biden takkmg PA.

He needs Penn, he wont win all of WI, MI, IA. But PA is acting normal big dem parts are coming in slower.

Always felt that was going red, VA, NC, OH, PA, WI, MI, MN are the keys.

What does Republican or Democrat have anything to do with the interstate compact? The way that the agreement was written was if they have enough states to hit 270 electoral votes it comes into play. Someone argued that the states you quoted would never agree. I pointed out that those states dont need to agree to hit 270 votes.

Right now in KY Trump is outpacing McConnell by votes which means that people who voted for Trump didnt always vote for McConnell. I know he wont lose, but still interesting to see it break that way.

Which would render the obsolete if the popular vote always wins.

This isnt a Federal Amendment. These are states passing their own laws where they agree. The agreement states that they need to hit 270 electoral votes between the states who are part of the compact. You dont need any of those states to hit 270 votes...

She omitted things when she submitted her information to the Senate. The #1 criteria for a lifetime appointment should be honesty. When you apply to be a lawyer you have to submit to character and fitness. They warn you that omissions are bad and could jeopardize your license. You are taught honesty is important. In a nonpartisan world that should have disqualified her. You cant give a lifetime appointment to someone who purposefully leaves out controversial parts of their past. As for states, why are you against people having s say? If DC and Puerto Rico were GOP you'd support them? That's bogus. Our system is built on representation. If PR and DC want to be states we should support them irrespective of how they would vote. As with court packing if ACB resigns, I would say that they should stay at 9.
