Chicago's plan seems kind of like they are just going to make it up as they go along.

Probably not much, ill get my haircut to help them survive because they have refused to let me pay them for the months I missed. Im hoping court doesnt open right away because that seems like an outbreak waiting to happen. Otherwise ill work from home and do the same old. Nothing is really opening up thats worth going out for.

Already got my haircut lined up!

It shouldnt take 12 months. The reason why the US is having these problems is because we cant sacrifice in the short term for a better result in the long term. Imagine going to get a haircut. At the same time another customer wants their haircut. Which is faster: A) The barber cuts your hair and the second customer waits patiently. B) The second customer keeps stopping your barber by complaining about how long its taking.

The only reason the economy is a problem is because of politics. Back in February/March you could have shut down most non essential business and had the govt directly pay anyone who lost their job and it would have cost less than the PPP and other stimulus plans. The reason why the economy is as problem is because politics require that we protect the sacred cows of the US, the ultra wealthy. The reason why people need to take it serious now, is to prevent the destruction of the economy. If everyone can band together for a month, we can start to make progress.

Greg, A lot of my plans this year have been cancelled due to this. I really dont want to be locked down over the entire summer. That being said, in the grand scheme it is a minor inconvenience. While I likely may be okay if I get Covid, what if I pass it onto my parents, what if they die due to my actions? What if someone else's mother died because of your actions? Its not as simple as you make it out to be. I dont have the answers, my best answer is that everyone works together to limit contact as much as possible as quickly as possible to slow the spread. That we get the country in a good enough position if there is a flare up that we can handle it as good as possible. The problem is that when everyone doesnt work together, we just keep going back to square one. People in my family have gone through far worse than having to stay inside for a few months, having to miss a summer. They went through the worst moments in history, to one day have a chance at a better life. You cant judge your life on the minute you live in.

We are all going to die sometime, so why take any precautions ever?

My next door neighbors are already going to Indiana every weekend to get away from the oppressive Illinois regime. All of this is going to be for nothing because some people cant give up eating in a restaurant and walking their dog in a public place.

Problem with private industry mandating is that we already have one worker who has been killed over it. Companies arent going to let their employees get shot over a mask.
-
Maybe its time for another new deal, where we work together to make sure that even in times of crisis everyone can eat, get medical treatment and have a minimum quality of life. We can do it, we just have to prioritize. In the last few months people are starting to realize that the people who work at the grocery store, who work at the factory are important, maybe more important than the millionaires who are making money on stocks and dividends. When something bad happens you should use it as an opportunity to improve.

I hate to say it but numbers arent going to matter. Restrictions are going to be eased in June unless there is a massive spike in deaths. My next door neighbors go to Indiana to get away from them, more people are on the street caring less. We missed our window.

I think this is as good as we can do. It just doesnt seem like we have the resolve to stay inside. Our chance was to contain before summer hit. Now its just keeping the numbers flat so the hospitals don't get over run.

Generational talents overcome analytics. Ewing would be the best pure center right now, his per is similar to Embiid but thered be less big men to guard him. -

You keep jumping all over the place. There is always a place for one of the greatest players in nba history. And im pretty sure forcing Giannis to take 15ft+ jumpers all night is a recipe for success. -

You dont seem to get other team would have to make changes to play against Shaq. Shaq in his prime would eat Giannis alive. If you put guys like Draymond Green on him Shaq would average 30/20. Plus with hed allow the rest of his team to be more aggressive on the outside on defense because no one could challenge him inside. -
Disney did that with Onward because it had already been released in the theaters and there was no going back. They have one other film that is going to straight to Disney+ (which is slightly different than Trolls anyways because they are trying to boost subscribers). But films like Mulan and their other big releases are being rescheduled. Trolls brought in 100mil, thats really not much to Disney and if Avengers/Frozen/Mulan did that at theaters theyd be considered a massive flop.

Disney did better last year at the movie theaters than any company in history. If necessary they will partner or buy them out.

Swedes are dying at a higher rate than their closest neighbora Norway and Finland (approximately 6x). So even at the low end that could possibly double the US death rate. And ill disagree on tests, more information is always better. The more we know, the better we respond.

Ive told anyone who has asked me that the 30 day period is the most unclear part of the law. I think in retrospect that they should have never called it an "extension" and instead said that they would be issuing a "new order." Ultimately I think that it will prevail, but they should have anticipated this attack.

Then who do you think has the best chance to beat Trump and currently is in the race.
-
Unless i am mistaken there are 0 allegations that Biden has ever molested or raped a child. Maybe that is going to be your narrative, but hopefully for the rest of of society the narrative is going to be which choice gives the best chance for your children to have a normal future to look forward to. The answer is easy, its Biden. You sound like a Trump operative trying to deflect from facts. Vote however you like its your choice.
-
Trumps been accused of sexual inappropriate things far more than Biden. Trump has been recorded talking about sexually assaulting women. When I look at my children, I think about their future and the world I want them to grow up in. They deserve better than the world Donald Trump has brought us over the last 4 years. And Bernie lost again. Nobody stole it from him. Over the last 4 years he could have learned from his mistakes in 2016 and possibly been the candidate. But he didnt and he lost.

Dont think it fits the Bears plans, but Zach Baun is going to be a solid player somewhere.

He's fast and he's smart. Has extremely good instincts. Has the most talent of any Wisconsin rb that I have ever watched.

Do we have any idea when the tests are from? As in are they from today or tests processed a week ago?
