  1. Yeah Germany looks to be the strongest team at this point. Dutch have the easier road, especially with no Suarez.
  2. The call on the Paraguay goal could have been on the guyw ho went for the header. He was in an offside position and if the ref felt that he interfered with the play they can call off sides.
  3. If Wade wants to be with his children or that custody battle is entering into his mind it will make a difference that he chose employment in the state where his children reside. A lot easier for a judge to award custody or greater visitation rights when the children are staying in the same place. Hate to say that might be the deciding factor, but youd imagine its weighing on him some what.
  4. Spain has less success than the Dutch. The Dutch have finished 2nd twice, Spains best finish is 4th in 1938 and I dont believe theyve even been to the semi-finals since.
  5. Germany was just to strong and big for Argentina. Messi was just lost in a sea of black jerseys. And how are the Dutch not a classic euro power?
  6. Allright so if you want to dream, here is the scenario for the bulls to get 3. 1) The bulls must get a trade exception in the Hinrich trade, it has to be large. For the sake of ease we will say the Bulls have 12 mil in trade exception. 2) The bulls need to move deng in a trade that will bring them to the right number for 2 max contracts under the salary cap. 3) Sign Wade/Lebron max deals, you are now at cap. 4) Trade exception + a combination of players that = Chris Bosh max contract x .9 (I believe that is the rule, it may be a different formula but I believe a team over cap can trade as long as salaries are within 90%) And there you go potential starting line up: Joakim Noah C Chris Bosh PF Lebron James SF Dwayne Wade SG Derrick Rose PG -- Scrubs And Im out hopefully the bulls read this post and pitch the 3 of them. There is a possibility, no one else could offer this. If they make it happen they will be gods. (haha zoom at least give me credit you bastard)
  7. So I did some searching, and maybe there is going to be a trade exception with Hinrich? That trade isnt finalized so maybe they know something we dont...
  8. One show I saw said the bulls have a 15 mil exception The problem is I dont know what a 15 mil exception is, so I dont know what it means. I guess it might be a Trade Exception or Exemption, wiki said exception so Ill go with that.
  9. Unless I see an article where they actually show the numbers and how the 3 would work in Chicago, I stand by the Zinc Saucier.
  10. The problem is Cleveland isnt doing anything. They dont really have anyway to improve this year, and he could end up being in the same division as a Rose, Wade, Bosh, Bulls team etc. If he wants to win and thats what matters, you have to feel Cleveland is in a weak position.
  11. The part I have no clue about is those trade exemptions. But from all the numbers I can work the only way to get 3 max contacts would involve the bulls trading Rose, Noah, Deng + in the trade for Bosh
  12. This could be a massive coup for the bulls. Just get Bosh and Wade, Lebron may be the best but Id rather have 2 and 3, than 0.
  13. Was it this one? http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=5348670
  14. I meant "not in the picture" for other big free agents. Wade might still return, but doesnt it seem like no one else is going there? If Amare was the guy, that pretty much means they didnt think Bosh was ever coming...
  15. No one knows for sure, but it seems like something happened that makes Miami not in the picture and maybe Wade is worried if he doesnt leave Miami, he goes back with no other superstar and will be stuck there for 5-6 years in a s***ty sports town on a s***ty sports team. That would have to change his perspective. It probably also helps that he has been in Chicago this week and maybe has realized how much easier his life will be if he lives here. I mean just Wade to the Bulls is a hell of a lot better for him than going back to Miami alone.
  16. http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=5348670 Damn things are changing quick.
  17. Lebron: SF Wade: SG Rose: PG Seems easy enough
  18. I think the Bulls may some how found themselves in the drivers seat. As gloomy as things looked, I feel like today Bosh, Wade realized that they could go to the Bulls and be contenders faster than in Miami. If they start to feel that the Bulls could get Lebron/ another player, Wade/Bosh in Miami may just be the NY Knicks when Jordan was with the Bulls. Close, but not good enough. Not all of them can be on the winning team, and maybe they are starting to feel that the Bulls + 2 superstars is the winning team regardless of who those 2 are.
  19. I think even if the Bulls trade their entire roster except rose theyd be over when the 3 max are counted.
  20. The bulls cant get to 3 max, no matter what they do (at least i dont believe its possible)
  21. And how believable is this Amare thing. Hasnt Wade been pimping Bosh? Miami couldnt sign Bosh, Amare, Lebron and Wade, so something is amiss here. Unless Wade never believed that Bosh/Lebron were coming, and thus wanted Amare?
  22. Hmm do you think that some how Wade is now pissed at Miami that they arent making him the man and are more concerned about getting Lebron?
  23. What would people think if the Bulls were able to get Wade/Bosh? Maybe both of them being here and seeing how bad the Bulls want to win, have made them consider both going here? Also could Wade possibly be thinking that Wade + Bosh + Heat roster wouldnt compete with Lebron + Boozer + Bulls roster? Or different variations? They cant all win.
  24. Wouldnt a 3 year deal be the exact opposite of what everyone believes? I thought that the free agents wanted max deals for 5-6 years because the CBA could possibly lower the max contract amount. If Lebron signs for 3, he could be leaving a ton of money on the table.
  25. At that point in the match, you do anything to stop the goal if you think its going in. He gave his team a chance they probably dont deserve.
