  1. Depending on how the warranty is written you may have different options. Its mainly contract law, unless you can prove that they knew it had problems, or that they some how misled you about the car. Id check the warranty see what it says.
  2. I think it may be that Minnesota/Wisconsin have played the most times in a row? I know its something because people always bring it up. The division would be great because Wisconsin would play OSU and Michigan every year. It may also be slightly more difficult, but any division that has OSU in it will be the more difficult one. They could have a rivalry game against Minnesota, where they play them every year, its not that difficult to make work. The division would be bad because itd be slightly harder in football. It also would not work for basketball, Purdue, Wisconsin, Ohio State and Michigan state in the same division? Thats pretty rough haha.
  3. I think ND doesnt want to join a conference because of perception. ND football as an independent is "special". ND football in the Big 10 is middle of the pack.
  4. Just in case no one saw my previous post, this website so far has had all of the games. Its in Spanish, but who cares; http://futbol.univision.com/fifacopamundia...rtidos-en-vivo/
  5. I think Texas got smart and realized that Pac-10, Big-10, SEC were barbarians at the gates. Texas for a split second almost let them in. They got so caught up in other teams leaving they almost forgot that no other conference would let Texas run it. My guess is when the Pac-10 invited Colorado without Texas already accepting the Pac-10 invite, Texas realized that they werent in control and that maybe the grass wasnt greener in Cali. Who knows, all of the "scoops" have been by journalists who generally cover recruiting and therefore dont have to be right.
  6. Not sure if you want to give Marmol no margin of error.
  7. Do you bunt them over and give Rios/Konerko the chance?
  8. This is why you have a Mark Kotsay, to break up no hitters.
  9. I cant even remember the last time I saw the Sox get no hit.
  10. WOW Terrible goal keeping by England lets the US back in the game.US has to keep testing the keeper, but damn thats a shock.
  11. Randy "Smoke & Mirrors" Williams puts on a great magic show, its why Ozzie loves him. He performed at Ozny's birthday party.
  12. If anyone doesnt get ESPN3, here is a good free link to the coverage. Its unfortunately in spanish, but free is free. http://futbol.univision.com/fifacopamundia...rtidos-en-vivo/
  13. Got a great spot for the parade, didnt head to the rally because Im at work. Watched from a bar, still pretty fun.
  14. I think overall its hard to bet against Spain or Brazil. Argentina. Dutch also have good squads. If I was betting Id go with Brazil, Spain always seems to fail. As for tomorrow, France 2-0, Mexico 2-1
  15. I guess it depends on how you define "many". My guess is that half of the SEC was eliminated, the bottom few Pac-10, the bottom few Big-12, etc. I guess I dont understand what the argument is. Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, ISU are all similar academically... So the Big 10 should have added them by US News ranking? Where exactly are we going with this argument?
  16. I think youre misinterpreting my argument. Im not saying that when it came to those 4 schools, academics were the factor. I am saying when the Big 10 made a list of "all potential candidates" academics were a major factor. So academics had a part in the decision of who to consider in expansion, it probably played very little role in actually selecting Nebraska over 3 very specific schools.
  17. Kind of like a roller coaster, you have to be this tall to enter the Big 10.
  18. Nebraska is slightly lower than ISU, tied with Kansas, and slightly above Missouri (According to any college reporting site ive seen. I understand you dont like US News, but here are the ranks: http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandreviews....onal-top-public) If you can provide me some links where any of those schools are drastically better than Nebraska in academics, Id love to see it. Its not like your talking about Texas Tech or something. Academics absolutely a consideration. Its not the "only" consideration, but they are a consideration. Because Nebraska is similarly ranked to ISU, Kansas, Missouri and because Nebraska is perceived as a University on the rise (Warren Buffet money) and has a far stronger football tradition, its the choice. Youre acting like ISU, Missouri and Kansas are Stanford and Nebraska is ASU. Any of these schools would be on the low end for academics. None of them make a great case academics wise, which is why you look to the other criteria.
