  1. What about violating treaties? Or do you just conveniently forget Russia violated a treaty that we are a party to?
  2. Can you point out a time that the US had a treaty with Russia/Ukraine where the US violated the treaty? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Budapest_Memorandum_on_Security_Assurances Russia violated those assurances. Until Crimea is returned to Ukraine, the US should be sanctioning Russia to hell.
  3. Have a feeling that a lot of English supporters wont be happy with the refs.
  4. Yeah Knox is getting a lot of praise, but after watching Carter the last few games I still prefer him. Carter actually seems longer and more athletic than I thought he was in college.
  5. Im thinking regular US citizens because Kavanaugh has supported warrantless NSA surveillance: http://thehill.com/homenews/house/396251-amash-slams-kavanaugh-over-views-on-government-surveillance
  6. I'm pretty sure I saw some preview so I had an overall idea where it was going. But it didnt introduce that part until less than 5 minutes left. So for most of the show I was second guessing if I really did see a preview.
  7. Yeah I liked it but agree at some points it was hard to tell what you were actually watching. I think shows like that sometimes are hard to introduce because you don't want to give up surprises the first episode.
  8. Irrespective of his credentials they should wait until after the election. That's the precedent and it should be followed. I haven't read his opinions but the fact he debunked a Clinton conspiracy theory shows he at least has some bipartisanship. All I really care is thst the judge makes consistent rulings. If you're states rights, support them whether it's a Republican or Democrat state etc.
  9. Its a shame whenever Brazil is eliminated.
  10. If there is a second civil war, Im riding with the North. Who you got Greg?
  11. You do realize that many Americans argue that minorities actually have it easier because of affirmative action etc. That is the problem that needs to be addressed and economic issues wont fix it. Because in those people's minds, minorities already have it easier.
  12. Perhaps youre not familiar with the arguments against certain minorities who allegedly have disproportionate wealth. If you dont attack the root cause, money doesnt matter. In fact, money becomes a negative and a reason for disliking the minority.
  13. Instead of fighting about Clinton or Sanders, the real blame should be on the people who voted for Trump. It turns out there is a certain portion of Americans who will believe whatever is shouted the loudest and most often.
  14. No idea. Maybe due to his disloyalty to the Democratic party. Maybe because of Obama and the fact Hillary seemed to have his endorsement. A lot of reasons to speculate, but Sanders did not do well in Cook County. Basically Hillary's lead in cook county carried her for the entire state.
  15. The only experience I have with Sanders popularity was in Chicago. It was St Patricks day. There was only 1 bar completely empty, and it was a Sanders rally. I have no idea anything else, but that election is long gone. Whomever gets the most votes in the next elections should represent their party.
  16. You must be ahead of online feed, but I felt that guy was going to miss just by how he looked...
  17. Good news is that the free agents bulls should go for are 2 years away. Load up on picks this year and then next year try and trade for Anthony Davis or Greek freak when they only have 1 year left. I've always been a lebron fan, but not sure how many players are going to be racing to join the 4th best team in the west. Paul George chose OK for a reason.
  18. Well they definitely have to be trading Ball. You cant have 2 pgs who cant shoot on the floor at the same time. (Edit) Guess they are saying Rondo can be a mentor? Doesnt seem to make a lot of sense for a team that has a small window to compete with James.
  19. Which is fine if the Bulls are giving up a 2nd or some garbage. Also Rotoworld seems to think the Lakers can get Leonard and Cousins, so not sure how legitimate any of this cap stuff is.
  20. I think they will need a 3rd team to take some garbage for younger players/draft picks. IE Deng + Ball or Ingram. The problem is that depletes the offer to Spurs. Seems like the Lakers are kind of stuck.
  21. Could be. I think signing with the Lakers shows Lebron is more concerned about life after basketball than winning 1-2 more championships. Its possible he doesnt even make the NBA finals in that time. With Paul George off the table, I think Spurs are more likely to deal Leonard to Lakers if the Lakers pay their price. Spurs have bigger threats than the Lakers, so might as well make the best deal possible.
  22. Maybe if it was lottery protected, otherwise no real interest in Ball at all. Hes not the player that youre looking for.
  23. Not sure how I see the bulls as a trade partner for Ball. I wouldnt give up next years first. I guess if somehow you can sign trade Lavine? But really what else. If they wanted Dunn, then Id really second guess trading him because I think Pop is a good talent evaluator.
