Further evidence, I believe, looking at Nick Swisher can tell you right away. Good offensive player was brought in by KW(his job). Swisher proceeded to have a bad year...on/off the field. Kenny then trades Swisher(being a liability offensively after the bad year), who then goes back to career norms. I would say coaching has more to do with how a player succeeds or fails far more than the GM.
