Impressive win tonite. Thats White Sox baseball! We beat a Cy Young pitcher. We came back from a 3-0 defecit, Garland was awesome tonite, the Thome-Pauly-Dye triad came up big tonite, and AJ came up HUGE! Great game! Keep it going! It looks like Boston, New York and Detroit all won tonite. But as long as we keep winning, things will take care of themselves.

I think i'm one of the few guys who still has confidence in Freddy. Yeah his velocity is down, but he hasn't been the worst of our pitchers. Freddy has kept the Sox in games more than any of our other struggling pitchers and his last few starts have been decent. You heard it here, Freddy WILL be back! Haha that sounds like a Nightmare On Elm Street title. Go Sox! Lets finish this thing. My goal was 5 of 6 on this Oriole-Royal trip and im sticking to it!

If Mark gives up 4, i'll be more than happy. If he gets pounded by KC than i really dont know what to say about Mark anymore. This team won't go anywhere without Vintage Buerhle! I've seen Mark pitch like this before in 2003. He lost 10 straight games to go 2-10. However, he won the next 8 to go 10-10. Mark is completely capable of a turnaround.

It sucks, but its true. Ozzie and KW truly believe that this team as is, is good enough to make the playoffs. Some fans may think its just KW blowing smoke over the radar screen, however, I believe them this time around. This team is going to sink or swim as is. Right now it doesn't look to floatacous.

Zito would be a rent-a-player. Who cares if we end up eating some of Javy's contract. Arizona and New York already are eating alot of it. If Oakland wants Javy, they can have him. Throw in a prospect and were good to go. With this case Beane hase a replacement for Zito as he leaves for free agency next year and we'll just rent Zito as we can then plug BMac into the 2007 rotation. THis trade makes sense for both clubs.

This deal makes totall sense for the Sox. We get rid of Javy and his contract. Zito comes here with his contract expirering. Meaning BMac would then have an open slot for 2007. If this rumor is true. GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!! PLEASE GOD GOD FOR IT!

the game was lost when he hit tejada with a 1-2 count. OUCH! That could have been just as big of a loss as it was of a win when Gload hit the slam. Not good baseball once again by the Sox. They could have easily got swept this series.

All is I have to say is thank goodness for JD!! He is our MVP!

Ozzie has sucked this game. First off, Javy should have been taken out after giving up the homer in the 6th. Second, why didn't he just go to Riske to begin with? Cotts pitched yesterday and he obviously sucks pitching 2 days in a row. Ozzie you know your 'talent' out there why go with your 'gut' feeling? As much as Javy and Neal suck, Ozzie blew this one if we can't come back.

Yea it wasn't pretty. The pitching just sucked today. We got lucky we went up against a rookie pitcher. Garland wasnt too good (but understandable because he isn't going to shut them down EVERY game) But it was the bullpen that dissappointed me, starting with BMac to Cotts to some MacDougle and Jenks was even alittle shaky. Tommorow is IT for Vazquez. The pen is alittle tired. He needs to prove himself tommorow! Go 7 strong (God help us all)! If you allow 3 or even 4 runs i'll be more than happY! Go Sox! Lets win tommorow and head to KC very happy!

Soriano will be a Tiger or a Yankee. Hopefully a Tiger as we have a MUCH greater chance at the wildcard spot than we do of catching Detroit for the division. I think he will go to Detroit because they have much more to offer Washington than New York does.

Looks like the Rangers are serious about winning that West title. It makes their offense even scarier. However, their pitching is still suspect. Look for Soriano to head back to New York or off to Detroit, he IS NOT coming here. KW believes that this team doesn't need any possition player. He even told all the guys that they won't be traded. If anything, we will get 1 more middle reliever (Roberto Hernandez). KW and Ozzie are thinking about using a 12 man pitching staff: Contereras, Buerhle, Garcia, Garland, Vazquez, Jenks, Cotts, Thorton, Macdougal, Riske, McCarthy, and (a new reliever). This can be good, because with the way Javy pitches in the first 5 innings, they can take him out after 5 and plug in some of our reliable relievers.

We will win the next 5 of 6 and by the end of the week we will be 4.5 games behind detroit tied for 2nd place w/ the Twins. I expect big games from Freddy, Jon G and a solid 5 ONLY innings from Javy against the Orioles.

You heard it here. The Sox will win 5 of the next 6 and the Twins WILL sweep the Tigers. By the end of this week the Sox AND Twins will be 4.5 games behind Detroit. And the 3-team race will BEGIN!
