Rumor that Demar Derozen has asked for his release from his LOI and wants to come to UNC. I will believe it when it happens, but hey I can dream. Haven't had an athlete like him on the Hill since Vince.

Hell of a bad offseason for UNC. Lawson and Ellington most likely gone, with Green as a decent possibility, and now Alex Stepheson is transferring. I don't understand why Deon gets the PT over him, and never will. Alex will be a very good one somewhere in Cali.

I think he would have to hit very well at AA at some point this year for that to be a possibility with his 23 year old age in August.

UNC's pitching has been amazing this year, which is especially enjoyable knowing that the staff is so young. The offense hasn't hit as many homers as I thought it would, but the top half of the order has hit very well. Should be a good series.

That and Gretzky's 93 goals, 163 assists, or the 215 point season for him will be almost impossible to reach in hockey as well. I think Carlos Gomez could make a run for 100+ stolen bases in a season in a year or two. As for the wins record, there's just no chance for anyone. Even if players start playing consistently into their mid 40's, they would still have to average just about 21 wins for 25 seasons.

I was just messing with you Pratt. I don't think the actual tapes themselves had much of an effect on the games. Especially in the Steelers 02 AFCC game. Kordell Stewart was at the helm and a retarded mule could steal signals when he was in the game. I think the bigger concern is the coverup of the tapes. The Patriots have had many chances to come out and own up to the other tapes that have been created, especially since the earliest hints from Walsh. But instead they chose to sit on it and hope Walsh was bluffing. Now I think the NFL HAS to punish the Patriots again for their lack of forthcoming as well as the extra tapes.

I think Parker has become the catalyst now. I never have given him enough credit, he's easily one of the top 5 PG's in the NBA. He can simply get anywhere he wants to on the floor and gives Timmy wide open shots all game long.

I can't even express how much I can't stand him. Even as a UNC alum.
