  1. "Sizemore accepted a $15-an-hour internship with Mike Hazen, the general manager for the Diamondbacks, for the 2023 season." I assume he's still on that same pay grade, which is why Jerry went with him.
  2. We do have a historically bad bullpen. Granted basically 0 yo work with there. The starters he's done an excellent job with really.
  3. He's coming back from TJ. Most pitches thrown in minors was 64 as he rehabbing. I doubt this was grifols call.
  4. I don't think it was him who delayed it. That was the case for Lambert.
  5. If only they didn't wait 6 months to have him undergo Tommy when everyone seemed to know he needed it at the end of 2022.
  6. Oh it's certainly debatable that he has sources. He has apparently never broken any story or broken any news before. I'm not really sure how that is an answer to help his credibility. We've seen him pull stunts for whatever reason before.
  7. What has he ever broken to give him credibility? He has no credibility.
  8. "The crux of Riordan’s argument was that he wouldn’t risk his credibility by reporting false information. " Lol, I assure you Shane that you are risking nothing.
  9. It sounds like the Sox did have it right though. Lambert decided to hear what he wanted to hear, unless I'm reading it wrong.
  10. Tbf some random comment on reddit isn't much proof of anything either.
  11. The Sox are usually pretty good for community outreach, if nothing else. This would surprise me.
  12. They are lazy though. There is no rushing someone back when they are constantly hurt anyways.
  13. Baseball reference lists it as a team option. 1.5 million buyout or 6 million to keep him. So 4.5 million extra to keep him. He's not worth that but you are basically starting the bullpen from scratch for next year. Edit: I do see it reported elsewhere as mutual so idk
  14. The waiver trade deadline ended yesterday so no reason to put those guys on waivers unless you're cutting them I think. Flexen, Lopez and Brebbia still have a few years of control so you can keep them. Well, at least Flexen should be kept around with the control he has, even if hes likely not a guy.
  15. It seems like he may profile better as a starter. Wonder if that is the Sox plan for him. But he's already seemingly way far behind in development.
  16. https://twitter.com/SoxOn35th/status/1818444373752766628?t=cMpVBNYGRbFCTMYFyg_1yg&s=09
  17. The right move. Now sign him.
  18. I had extremely low expectations for the return here. We somehow came in lower with a 22 year reliever in low A lol
