I love Robbie for what he does on the field. I think he is pretty rude off the field with the fans though. This past kid's day many kids got there real real early to be guarenteed to get Robbie's autograph and when everybody was waiting in line, the security guard says Robbie does not feel well and will not be signing autographs today. He also played last sunday when a graffanino or a harris could of played if he really was'nt feeling good. For how much he gets paid the least he can do is sign autographs for a half an hour. Kids wait 2 hours before the gates open and they can only get Sandy Alomar's autograph? It's ridiculous. Can I write a letter to White Sox personnel and what do you think they would do?

I don't think any player wants to do bad. Colon probally wants a good contract after this year. He just turns his game up a notch when things are going his way.

Obviously we're not gonna get 6+ runs every game. If we can get 3 to 5 runs a game on a bad night; I'm ok with that. Our starting pitching is solid and they could hold the opposing team to that. The team is just plain hitting the ball hard and fortunately we're getting quick runs with the long ball. The one thing I like about us now is like yesterday when your 3 and 4 hitters don't get a hit and others are picking up the slack with 8 runs. I think Konerko is gonna be huge and will be just like a trade we did at the deadline. With our 4 pitchers I feel comfortable with not blowing the game.

His head is now shaved after last nights game. I heard Buehrle and others put him in the shower shaved his head without a fight from Hawk. He walked out with a towel on his head. He jokingly said he does not want to be seen on the air. I got a call from a friend. I don't if it was in the newspaper or radio or what.

White Sox 2003 first-round draft pick Brian Anderson needs wrist surgery and will miss the rest of the season. Anderson, drafted No. 15 overall out of the University of Arizona, batted .388 in 13 games with Great Falls in the Advanced Rookie League before being shut down. Wrist Surgery is never a good thing. Hope everything turns out good.

Giants released RHP Lorenzo Barcelo from Triple-A Fresno. Barcelo, once a top prospect of the White Sox, had a 6.49 ERA in 20 relief appearances for Fresno. I had high hopes for this guy as did the Sox. Man how surgery messed this guy up. Barcelo had nasty breaking stuff before then.

Imagine us in the AL West. We become buyers to sellers. It's pretty pathetic.
