Pathetic AB by Konerko. I don't even know what he's looking for up there, but he looks terrible.

Great fastball by Marte there. Momentum is back on our side now. Be great to see PK and Dye have some quality at-bats this inning.

The goal of the manager is to put your team in the best position to succeed. From the 7th inning on, Ozzie has definitely failed miserably at doing that.

Seriously, why did Ozzie let Sweeney hurt us like that? It's like he fears Stairs more than anyone in the majors. If you remember, Stairs was the batter in the season opener last year that made Ozzie make a pitching change so Stairs didn't bat.

So we dont let our best lefty reliever face a lefty hitter, and we let KC's best hitter beat us? I haven't been impressed by Vizcaino at all this season. His fastball is 3 mph slower than it was last year, and it's not like he's been a very consistent reliever in the past. His ERA was astronomical 2 seasons ago.

f*** you Ozzie! Terrible managing letting their only good hitter hurt you in that situation.

Think we should walk Sweeney here to face Stairs? With Vizcaino being better against lefties than righties, I think it would be a smart decision.

With Long coming in for DeJesus, why not bring in Marte to face him? Doubtful KC would have ph for him. If we're going to use Marte as a lefty specialist, might as well use it in big situations.

Wouldn't mind seeing Hermanson in to start this inning. I wonder if Marte will come in for DeJesus?
