In these cases above they are true doubleheaders with only one attendance number.
  2. I think on some of our smaller trades, you take BPA. Best prospect available in a trade and don't drop a tier just to get position players. No knock on above proposal, just a general comment. Robert or especially if there is a Taylor deal is when I would push for position players. Astros system is weak. One 55 and two 50 FV players per MLB. Get best you can with them.
  3. following a leadoff walk and sac bunt, Wolkow gets the rare double with the runner on second only making it to third.

  5. Jimmy, thanks again for summary. Could you look at the draft tracker numbers for the fourth round pick. States slot 722, signed nearly 1.1 but says 21k overage.

Have to think if he does well that post. trade deadline he may be up. Anyone know velocities on him? previous reports had that as an issue. Low 90's I believe.

  14. Figure he or that non named guy are first up after trades. Maybe both?!!
  15. Charlotte gives up 7 in the ninth via 3 hr to lose 7-4. F
  16. Antonacci drives in a big run bottom of eight.
  17. I wondered if a lot of promotions were in part because of ACL promotions and signings. Will they do an orientation camp for signees or straight to affiliates?
  18. Any word on draft signings for Sox?

  20. The Getz regime clearly prefers hitters that will work at bats and take their walks. Sosa walks at 2.7%. His best minors rate is about 5.5% which is well below a 10% preferred rate. If he got to 5.5 % his ops+ is closer to 110 which could work. He has always struggled at a level then improved. League average to slightly better is nothing to throw/give away. He is 25 years old so still time to improve with all facets of his game. He plays winterball. Wonder if he should try outfield then to further the utility profile
  21. Welcome back! Full slate today. McDougal for Bham https://www.mlb.com/prospects/stats/affiliates?teamId=145&date=07/18/2025 https://www.milb.com/scores/all/all/whitesox?affiliateId=mlbcom-milb
  22. LaCombe since June. 20.6 innings 2r, 6w, 25k. MLB has him as our #29 prospect pre draft additions. Just turned 23 so needs to move up
  23. Syndergaard pitching for ACL. Haven’t heard any velocity numbers
