A while ago this was posted and then was never talked about again, what about picking up alfonso soriano. He would provide power and from my knowledge has decent fielding ability. I also heard that he had problems with his manager in texas so he shouldnt be that hard to trade for. Every time i watch this kid he amazes me. I dont really know how u guys would feel about this so lets hear your thoughts. Also who do u think we would have to give up to get him if we were to trade for him :fthecubs

The white sox will not do anything or very little this offseason and probably will not improve this baseball team. All of the players we talk about on this site such as randy johnson and jason kendall and carlos delgado and even Carl Pavano the sox are like the third team in the race. All of this crap kw and managment are saying about flying under the radar is an excuse of basically saying we cant get anyone because we believe that willie harris is the answer. I expect soxfest this year to be like last years in which a near fight breaks out. Let me tell you guys something as of right now im very close to just basically saying I will not spend a lot of my money on the white sox.

At the beginning of this season everyone was talking about how good this team was going to be. It seems like that every season since 2000. I think that coming into that 2000 season the expectations were so low and that got us into the playoffs. Since then we have not come anywhere close to matching up with the twins in the past years. so i was wondering if next year if we set the bar low, will it get us into the playoffs

since this 2004 chicago white sox team has spiraled out of control into the losing column we have talked about holes in the lineup, and things we need for next year. Whay exactly are those things and who would be a good free agent to fill them

while watching the game today i heard hawk say that willie has been using something he learned from ichiro. anyone else notice this?? If he is thats great because we could use a guy like ichiro

i disagree the chances of us winning the division this year are hopless but its nice to see the young guys pitching well

I just found out that we signed Garcia to a three year deal.. thats great.. however we still have one more to go. If kenny can resign maggs and keep him on the south side for a while I think this team will be set for a good number of years. Lets hope he does it :fthecubs

I think you got to keep Timo in hes great and put mags in right and put Timo in center thats the way i see it

It seemed like to me that freedy threw way to many pitches this game. If he could have kept his pitch count down he might have dominated into the 7th or 8th inning. Even though he pitched great i personally would have wanted to see him go a little longer.
