  3. He is far from ideal, but he is best choice as of today. Comparing him to Raines
  4. I see 2 DL stints and a September shut down in 2012.
  5. Several sources within WWE believe that Evan Bourne is likely gone from the company after his second Wellness suspension, though no final decision's been made at this time. The second suspension is said to be completely unrelated to the first one. Credit: PWInsider
  6. QUOTE (zenryan @ Jan 22, 2012 -> 09:54 AM) He joins Bear Bryant as legendary coaches who died weeks after their coaching career ended. RIP Both beat Illinois for there last win and both died in January after last game.
  7. RIP Mr. Paterno......................You lost the coach title when you allowed kids to be hurt!
  8. Ozzie and his brats can go away!
  9. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jan 20, 2012 -> 08:41 AM) Sounds about right. Good job Bruce. Weber's days are numbered!
  10. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Jan 18, 2012 -> 02:35 PM) Is this a joke, or is there a Rob Lowe who is someone? jorgearangure Jorge Arangure Waiting for confirmation from Rob Lowe about Gavin Floyd trade to Blue Jays Joke bigtime!
  11. Jon Paul Morosi of FOXSports.com reports that the Red Sox are still showing interest in a trade for Gavin Floyd. The Red Sox discussed potential trades for Floyd and John Danks during the Winter Meetings last month, but nothing came to fruition. However, Morosi reported on Tuesday that the White Sox are "still listening to offers" on Floyd. The 28-year-old right-hander is set to earn $7.5 million this season while his contract includes a $9.5 club option for 2013. There are only a couple of quality options left on the free agent market, so the White Sox could net a nice package of prospects from a team desperate to add a starter prior to spring training. 12. According to MLB.com's Jason Beck, Victor Martinez suffered a torn ACL during winter conditioning and could miss the 2012 season if the injury requires surgery. Absolutely brutal news for the Tigers. Martinez had a .330/.380/.470 batting line with 12 home runs and 103 RBI in 145 games last season as Detroit's primary designated hitter. He also started 26 games at catcher. The Tigers will struggle mightily to replace his offense but might try to get a little more active on the free agent market if the 33-year-old is indeed going to miss the year. Free agent Carlos Pena seems like a decent fit. Rotoworld Big hit too Det lineup!
  13. Colts fired head coach Jim Caldwell. It's a bit of a surprise in that the Indianapolis Star and a prominent Colts blog had both grown confident that Caldwell would be retained. Despite an offensive background, Caldwell's unit finished 30th in the NFL at just 286.8 yards per game without Peyton Manning this season. His game management skills have also left a lot to be desired. Caldwell's firing is yet another sign that the Colts are entering a full-blown rebuilding process. Learning a new offense is one of several factors that could push Manning and the Colts to cut ties Rotoworld
  14. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jan 17, 2012 -> 11:30 AM) Evan Bourne is about to be banished to Paul London-ville. That is 2 violations in 6 months. Way to screw up your push His days are numbered.

  16. QUOTE (Brian @ Jan 16, 2012 -> 08:42 PM) This actually would have been a good year for Foley, actually. Been out of the main picture for the past few years. Yes it would.....................on another note the Jericho walking out on the match and the return s*** is growing old quick!
  17. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jan 16, 2012 -> 06:06 PM) Hell no. Brent Lillibridge with 550-600+ ABs in a season? That's no good. Say what you will about Ozzie - but he did right by Brent last year. 200-250 ABs tops is what a guy with his skill-set warrants. BL is a utility guy ONLY.............I agree.
  18. QUOTE (Brian @ Jan 9, 2012 -> 08:31 PM) I'd like the WWE Hall of Fame more if their main attractions were out of the pic for a few years. Not excited about Edge at all. Way too soon for Edge I agree.
