Only a Chicago team takes the company accountant and decides to put him in the room to hire a football guy. This is like the janitor at a hospital sitting in the room during evaluations of the head neurosurgeon. -
Agreed. His velocity seems to be completely derived from arm clocking more than getting into his legs or letting drift help to disconnect the lower and upper half.

No offense, John Schoop was more imaginative than Nagy is. Hey look they are lining up in the wildcat for the 90th time this season. The defensive sure looks confused there. I wonder what wacky draw play is going to be called here. Hey look, let's shift 20 times and get called for illegal motion over and over. Hey, I know it's not working, but it's shifty. -
Okay, that pretty much one-ups any stadium here. Good lord.

Agreed. I was upset that they tore that universe down just as they were setting up the sinister six. Plus any universe that had Emma Stone in it, works for me.

So Dalton in the lineup. We get screens, we play to his strengths. With Fields in, we go empty. Its almost like Nagy is just flipping the bird to the owners. Oh you wanted Fields. Well here you go. -

That plus a garbage defense -

Empty backfield, then a wildcat. When they fire Nagy these plays should be on his career tombstone. -
https://www.africanbites.com/coquito/ Coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and rum The sweetness comes from the Coconut Milk instead of adding sugar to it. Also they typically don't use raw eggs.

I like coquito over the American version personally. I had a friend of mine turn me on to it a few years ago. Juicy Lucy in Oak Lawn used to make a batch of it for order every year. Its amazing.

Good luck with that.

The guardians of JR's fortune will let us know that we have enough. We are already winners no matter if we add anyone. And that just getting into the dance is good enough because it's just such a crapshoot. The only one who looks out more than JR's accountant seems to be one of the sects of White Sox fandom.

Well we could of hired their manager. But someone needed to right a wrong from the 80s and that trumped winning.

Javy Baez Signs 6YR 140M Deal with Tigers - Morosi

One thing that I have seen this offseason. Lots of long-term deals are being signed here. This is going to put the sox into a very uncomfortable position. I don't know if they have the appetite for these longer-term deals beyond 4 years. -
The only way the white sox sign any of their current talent is if they give the home town discount. There is zero chance the whitesox give any of our players a full fair market deal. Timmy and Gio are good as gone if they get to FA.
-
Remember the idea that the purse strings were going to fly open because JR was ready to win and get TLR another WS to make up for firing him.

If we can get some plutonium there is this baby and a dog that might be able to go back and right some wrongs.

Robbie Ray to the Mariners, 5 years $115 million

Operation Bounceback has commenced -
Here is your RF with recent WS experience. A lot of pop in his bat. And he came reasonable. Just like Jerry wanted. Here we go.
-
Remember the great work this owner put in during the last work stoppage. The only ones that benefited from JR's actions back then was the Indians.
-
He probably does, hence why the Segura deal doesnt interest him at the moment.
-
I still lament that we wasted a number 4 overall pick on a 5'7 ( with lifts ) second baseman who needs to hit well over 300 to make him passable.
-
If thats your offseason, enjoy another first round exit. TA and Giolito will not provide a deep discount. I doubt if JR has the stones to give them a fair market deal.
