Ricky's lineup construction is always terrible. -
We have millennial's at my job who decided on their own to work from home because they wanted to. Their position is a work at the central office position downtown Chicago, not remote. The owner of the company comes in, doesnt see them at work and sends out a note hey you have a desk job. They come in the following week. They show up at 10am, then leave at 2pm. Then ghost it again after a few months. Then one of them rage quits because they didnt feel comfortable coming downtown to work. I work anywhere from 50 to 70 hours a week typically. I get to work from home at times but I also work in them middle of the night and on weekends and travel a lot. I am very well compensated and understand that this is the balance between what I make and what I provide the company. I had one a few years ago shadow me on an install. The cutover began at 8pm. At 4pm the guy gets restless and then tells me he is hungry and he has to go home to eat. Never came back. Then asked me how the cutover went the next day. We had one show up to a customer unbathed and wearing shorts and a ripped up shirt. Sometimes its not just businesses being dicks and requiring structure its also the employees doing their part not to rock the boat and fuck it up for everyone. I had work at home cancelled at a company before because the person who was working from home ignored calls all day and then called from his cell phone and you can hear announcements from the local Home Depot in the background. He was building a fence at his house and not working.

If they are saying that Gio sucks based on a single start then I would suggest that they are morons who happen to be Cub fans. I doubt they know baseball. -

The average fan has a limited iq and barely knows what is going on in this game. If it wasn't for the names on the back of the jerseys they would be completely lost. -

I just looked at it. He finishes his pitch. His head is over his front side, his arm is decelerating on his gloveside. His back leg then swings over his hip level and then he stands up. You are looking at eyewash at the end that is not indicative of a mechanical issue. -

One of my favorite this park is a dump thing. Why do they have a basket in a spot where there are zero fans that can reach over. Its not a safety thing there. There is a LED display right there. -

Giolito has shortened his arm swing before delivering a pitch, Teddy Greenstein of the Chicago Tribune reports. When Giolito removes his right hand from the glove during his delivery, he does not extend his arm out wide; it stays closer to his ear. The right-hander described the change as cleaner and more efficient. "It's more direct to my good firing position," he said. "I feel more athletic. You can compare it to how an infielder throws a baseball. It just happened naturally over the offseason and it feels really good, so I'm going with it." Regardless of the arm swing, the key for the 6-foot-7 Giolito, who walked an AL-high 90 batters last year, is repeating his mechanics. We'll get to see the new motion on display Thursday, when he makes his first spring start against the Mariners. -

You do this every year. If you had it your way Jermaine Dye would be patrolling RF still and Garland would be pitching in the game tonight. Pay more attention to the front of the jersey than the back. Colome just got here. No reason to be attatched. -

Then he should of kept his old mechanics and had more time with a therapist if thats the case. -

How fast a guy works has zero with how effective a pitcher is. Remember Freddy Garcia. He wasn't exactly Mark Buerhle out there. -

This is what he sees when he looks at the team. That pile gets bigger no matter if people show up, we win, or we dont. Its a piggy bank that accumulates wealth no matter how good the investment is. -

We could just have our pitchers watch this. About as effective as tall and fall.
