Honestly, just getting rid of him period would be fine by me. Don't really care what comes back in return as long as the Sox aren't paying him 4.5 million to be a utility infielder. If we had signed him for less, I would be happy with him being a supersub of some sort.
Only other guy that hasn't been mentioned that has played for us is Schoenweis, but did we sign him or trade for him? Honestly can't remember.
EDIT: Nevermind, just noticed Blackbetsy mentioned

From mlbtraderumors.com: "Olney has an exec source who believes Hunter will sign with the Rangers for six years and $90MM."
LAME!
Scroll back a few pages.
Dunno much else right now but on cnn.com, there is a big "breaking news" banner that reads, "A federal grand jury indicts Barry Bonds on perjury and obstruction of justice charges, AP and CNN affiliate KTVU report."
Sports Illustrated is reporting the Yankees and ARod are talking 10 years, $280 million with incentives that would make it worth more then $300 million if reached.
EDIT: Forgot the link
For what it's worth, Steve Phillips (via a radio clip on Insider) said the White Sox have a good shot at winding up with both Torii Hunter and Miguel Cabrera.
Of course I'll believe it when I see it.
