45lbs for the Arnold press is tough, your front delts must be really well developed. I had to eliminate any kind of compound shoulder presses from my routine because it was causing me a lot of shoulder pain for some reason. Luckily the barbell upright row gives me a good burn in my side delts, but no pain. For another rear delt option, I recommend sitting on the pec fly cable machine backwards and moving your arms from your front to sides.

Olt's WAR projection from ZiPS is higher than Rios' in 100-something less plate appearances. That's before we consider salary. It would be an amazing start for Hahn if he could pull that off.

Viciedo's line against RHP two years ago in Charlotte was .305/.357/.501 in 373 PAs. Better than he hit against LHP that season. He's not going to be as bad against RHP as his major league split suggests.

I also don't believe Castro belongs in the top 3 (or even close to it). I'd have Sanchez at #3, and give higher rankings to some of the position prospects like Walker, Semien, and Saladino.
