Quentin 2/3 last night with a HR and a BB, 3 runs scored and 2 RBI , batting .382 with a 7 game hitting streak.

Quentin played in both games of a doubleheader yesterday. If he can do that he can be in the majors. If his foot was hurting I doubt he plays both games. He went 2/6 . Out of 11 hits so far only 2 are for extra bases, 2 doubles.

This is what we get instead of " And that's an opening of the second half White Sox winner " ?

Time for a 3 or 4 run inning for the Sox.

I don't think there are many on this website who were even born then. I was there with my dad and younger brother on the 3rd base side at Old Comiskey. WSI has a good article about it on their page and comments after that will bring back memeories.
