Sorry for freaking out as we lost one, two, three, four and five in a row and not believing.
Those who never once did not b**** at our lack of balls, heart, fire, whatever ... take a bow.

they played it once during the celebrating for a few seconds.
Livin' on a Prayer (like i said... ahem) was blasted for a long while during the 7th
don't know what song was played during the initial celebration... i was yelling too much.
I still Like Back in Black as in the Black(good guys) are back in the playoffs. Plus the lyrics are pretty good for a winner.

Well, that was the greatest game I've ever attended. My knees are sore from standing 90 pct of the time. The bottom of the 8th seemed to last forever. Ozzie managed a fantastic game. I wonder if he'll bench Griffey vs Kazmir.
You were missed in the game thread. Good job at the game.

I had it wrong all along. After the Twins series I thought we were the chokers, when really, they existed the series with .5 a game lead against us and were facing the Royals.
It almost feels more fulfilling with this division championship because of what we went through, and the fact it was played at home and many fans will have good memories of tonight.
I don't go into chat very often but Fathom invited people after the Twinkies swept us. I remember saying every time the Twins got a hold of 1st place they gave it right back . I think you were there .

You know, I hate to put a damper on this, but there were two aspects to the last two weeks:
dealing with some awesome sox fans who kept my hopes up and weren't actively rooting against them
and two
Dealing with the most ridiculous sox fans in games threads that just talked the s word about the sox the entire damn time. And I have to say it is probably sweeter for the former. I know some people deal with some things differently but my God, it was awful.
It is pretty bad and it used to keep me out of game threads , but I learned to adjust. I know they all care very very much and most are very young and haven't learned when to ease up. It's just crimes of passion but they are very passionate Sox fans for sure and for that I love them man !

No matter what happens for the rest of the games this year, I'm just so happy! I've written this team off soooo many times, and for them to come back is just awesome. Good luck in Tampa!!!!
I hope you learned your lesson young man. It's not over till it's over !

and no one has thanked THE FANS yet?!? That was the most thorough blackout I've seen in my life. At the bar me and my 2 other friends were going f***ing nuts. Bra-f'n-o. OF all the people, Jim thome to hit the GW home run, JOHN DANKS to go into the 8th, and BRIAN ANDERSOn to win the game along with JR. GRIFFEY to play like the little big league f***in champ he is.
MB talked about how being at home for a celebration was great.
