    I was being facetious. We've seen so many players (MLB) thinking they hit it out watching and posing which seems like a problem more than a resolution to a superior attitude. Hstle why hustle I hit it out ! Oops no I didn't.

    Plenty of guys have Oppo power just by taking a normal swing with their legs involved. Piazza was great at that as are a few others in todays game

    Not true he's a great player but he's got flaws on and off the field. WE could all rally around him with the Donaldson incident and when he hits oppo HR in FOD game and hits .330 but when his defense takes a dump, he doesn't drive in runs and tags a player with the wrong hand it's like he's infected with the same malaise or we are superior no matter how bad we play attitude as the others.

    He seems streaky too from .330 to back under .300. But way better than his lows last year.

    Plus amost the same amount Hahn picked up Kimbrel's option for was spent on injured Joe Kelly with a clause he couldn't pitch in back to back games until July 1st !

    And decreases the likelihood of a walk and they aren't doing either, walking much or striking out much. Therefore in this instance less K's does not equal more walks.

    Probably because Sheets has been one of the more productive hitters in the lineup since they called him back up and 34 yr old Pollock hasn't done squat in that time period. Do you ever actually look at stats ? Eloy doesn't play RF , Pollock hasn't played RF since the 1st week he got here. Your choice in RF is Sheets,Vaughn or Engel.

    Yes he has, that's why he is back now. Playing the OF was part of testing the hammy to see if it was going to hold up. Full games running in the OF and on the bases for multiple days in a row.

    Bingo ! I was advocating a week ago for trades but I know that's silly now. Just play Burger and Eloy and bring up Sosa, Carlos Perez, Yolbert Sanchez , Davis Martin, Micker Adolfo . Put Yoan back at 2nd base.
