At least playing the better teams hasn't been a total disaster so far. Took the series against the Yankees and couldve easily won 2 of 3 against the Marlins and Dodgers . Very cpmpetive games for the most part but losing teams find a way to lose more often than they find ways to win.

It's always been a waiting game for Sox fans so age doesn't have much to do with it when your last 2 last World Series wins were separated by 88 years and 18 years since the last one. When they won in 2005 many many Sox fans that were much younger than 90 died and never saw a World Champion White Sox team.

The more he plays the lower his WAR goes. Rojas not ideal but TA is arguably worse atm.

SO far so good for Cease but don't expect him to go beyond 5 tonight unless he gets a real quick inning.

Robert's OPS for the last 39 games is right around 1.000.

When was that in late March when Lynn got hurt and they got Cueto? Could've had Martin Perez too if they wanted him last year and then he signed with the Rangers and had a very nice year. Ain't no pitchers worth a damn just floating around in mid June.
