  1. QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Dec 16, 2006 -> 04:55 AM) He was Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime in the cartoon movie. Ahhh, that's right. I haven't seen it in years. Give me a break
  2. QUOTE(santo=dorf @ Dec 16, 2006 -> 12:15 AM) I think I would rather see Transformers. Transformers is going to rule. They should have Judd Nelson do the voice of Optimus Prime for old times sake
  3. QUOTE(YASNY @ Dec 13, 2006 -> 06:52 PM) Are we talking Canadien or U.S. dollars? I didn't know Montreal made an offer for him to play hockey.
  4. QUOTE(SoxFan1 @ Dec 13, 2006 -> 01:16 AM) Either the Hawks are really bad on the Power Play or the Blues are really good at stopping it. I would have to lead with the former rather that the later. Especially right now. Their PP needs some work right now.
  5. We would have had 2 points tonight if Khabi played. Boucher was nothing short of brutal. I have seen kids in College play better than he did tonight.
  6. I still remember being so excited when I was at a bar with a bunch of friends watching his first performace for us against the Twins. I was a fan from the day he got here. Too bad he couldn't find his fastball last year. Good luck Freddy.
  7. QUOTE(iamshack @ Dec 8, 2006 -> 04:24 AM) You know, SFF, the really sad thing about that misspelling is? I am going to be an attorney in about 7 or 8 months. Haha, and that is a scary thought. Good stuff.
  8. QUOTE(iamshack @ Dec 8, 2006 -> 04:13 AM) WOW! Sort of an inditement of Mark there. Indictment too
  9. QUOTE(spiderman @ Dec 7, 2006 -> 04:54 AM) "Gavin gives us one of the best arms in baseball," said White Sox general manager Ken Williams. "We expect him to compete with Brandon McCarthy for the fifth spot in the starting rotation." If I wanted smoke blown up my ass I would have bought a pack of cigarettes and a short length of hose.
  10. QUOTE(astralpanda @ Nov 19, 2006 -> 12:15 AM) Don't hate. Hawk is the greatest of all time. I haven't seen a passion like his since Harry Caray. The greatest what?
  11. QUOTE(ptatc @ Nov 15, 2006 -> 07:29 PM) The Ichiro bid really backfired for Seattle. The posting fee for Ichiro was $13 million dollars. A little different than $51.1

QUOTE(Sox It To Em @ Nov 15, 2006 -> 12:39 AM) I played and finished FFVII for the first time about four years ago, and I did manage to beat both Weapons. I don't remember exactly how I did so but if I recall correctly I simply KOTR'd them to death in conjunction with the Mime and Auto-Revive materia. Beforehand I had tirelessly level grinded in Mideel and the Crater for hours on end until I had all three of my characters at level 100 and my materia was maxed out. At that point they were relatively easy. It's really simply a matter of building your characters up enough, but it takes a long time to do it. FFVII is an awesome game, I need to replay it soon. Poser, you can only go to level 99 in the Final Fantasy world.

QUOTE(Queen Prawn @ Nov 14, 2006 -> 01:55 AM) Brian wants one, but will not pay that price. He said his PS2 will do until the prices come down or he can score a used one. Good idea. I plan to do the same. My ps2 works fine and I don't want to take out a small business loan for a gaming system that isn't even as powerful as my computer.
  14. QUOTE(RockRaines @ Nov 7, 2006 -> 04:18 PM) With a huge wingspan and better penetration and passing ability. Duhon has to be expendable by now IMO. Agreed, he has also shown he is an excellent ball hawk with his steals and decent defense.
  15. QUOTE(Jenks Heat @ Oct 26, 2006 -> 09:46 PM) Wasn't there some pretty negative and nasty press associated with Razor Shines when he first came on board, 3 or 4 years ago. I know Backman got rave reviews while here but I thought for some reason that Razor Shines was trouble when he first started out even though he won a-lot. I could be wrong. Backman was the one who was in some deep doodoo. I don't think Shines was.
  16. QUOTE(Big Hurtin @ Oct 25, 2006 -> 12:52 AM) I'm sure he'd be willing to give it a shot. Hahah, classic.
  17. QUOTE(Queen Prawn @ Oct 23, 2006 -> 05:14 PM) Brain and I had our first date at an Applebee's so I agree with Steff and Soxy. Applebees always gave me the s***s.
  18. I'm thinking of catching "The Prestige" with Bale and Jackman. Has anyone seen it yet? It looks pretty decent.
  19. I saw the Last King of Scotland 2 weekends ago and The Departed on Tuesday night. Now I want to see another movie but I don't think anything else will live up to the caliber of those two.
  20. QUOTE(LosMediasBlancas @ Oct 13, 2006 -> 05:31 AM) You guys are too easily impressed. Good film, great? Nope. And unless you know and have seen every film in the running, there is no way to say anyone is getting ripped off by the academy. Kinda. It's part 'Internal Affairs' part 'Donny Brasco' part 'State of Grace' wanna be. Now 'State of Grace', THAT was a great Irish/American mob film. It is a remake of "Infernal Affairs". Also, I enjoyed it. I don't think I would consider it movie of the year yet. I also saw The Last King of Scotland and that movie was also a very excellent film.
  21. QUOTE(Jimbo @ Oct 11, 2006 -> 02:53 PM) someone want to be a doll and try to help me figure out the ending....what exactly happened....i dont know if it was the booze or my lack of concentration. pm please. What don't you understand? I saw it last night and it seemed pretty straight forward. PM me if you are confused.
