  6. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jul 26, 2005 -> 06:43 PM) Look what gets you in the Hall of Fame nowadays... I would laugh if it wasn't so sad.
  7. QUOTE(RibbieRubarb @ Jul 26, 2005 -> 06:06 PM) Yeah...it kind a works that way. Also, here are other revelations about Franks actions: When he's thristy, then he drinks water. When he's hungry, then he eats food. When he vomits, he just read your post. :puke Third part is gold. Thanks for the laugh Ribbie
  8. QUOTE(ZoomSlowik @ Jul 26, 2005 -> 04:52 PM) No way I deal Rowand for him. He's hitting well now, but he's long overdue for a hamstring pull or something. The guy's been a walking DL trip since his last year or two in Seattle. He's still got some talent, but he's nowhere near the player he once was. If we could get him without giving up a ton of talent I guess it works, but not for anything major. Also, I'm not sure he "puts us over the top" as the article says since his numbers are a little weaker than Carlos Lee's last year. I suppose you could argue we'd be in great shape with Lee, but that's another story. Still got some talent? Maybe you should check his numbers and compare them to some of the other CF's around the league.
  9. QUOTE(WHarris1 @ Jul 26, 2005 -> 04:34 PM) It's become very very quiet...a KW strike is on the horizon. I'm scurred

  11. QUOTE(RockRaines @ Jul 26, 2005 -> 01:47 PM) He cant spell Crede, Pablo would be a better option, he is brutal at 3B Pablo isn't exactly a sage 3B himself.

  21. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Jul 25, 2005 -> 03:37 PM) well, if you include all of the cheeseburgers and fries that were necassary to consummate the deal, it was a ginormous heist. Reminds me of the photoshopped pic of him chasing the donut off the mound. I can't get that outta my head when I think of him.
  22. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Jul 25, 2005 -> 03:27 PM) You could argue three in a row. even though it wasnt at the deadline, Bartolo Colon the year before was a pretty big heist. Big heist, thats an understatement.
  23. QUOTE(AddisonStSox @ Jul 25, 2005 -> 02:59 PM) I can not believe we are discussing this. I mean, Soxtalk LOVES to get nitpicky, but the past page or so have taken it to heights the likes of which have never been seen. Oh really? I think you are the one nitpicking!!!!
