Players have bad seasons. See Paul Konerko 2003. He followed that terrible year by hitting 35+ HR 3 years straight.

It really is a shame to see. I'd just like to see some up and comer take out Brock. I was hoping it would be Mirko but that doesn't seem like it is going to happen.
