A good collection of free weights along with clean and new equipment is important. I was using Prairie Stone near the Sears Center for about a year. However, I recently switched to LifeTime in Schaumburg and I couldn't be happier. I love the place.

I really don't understand in all of this Floyd hate why Owens is getting a free pass after coasting and flopping around in CF yesterday. Having your CF playing like a rookie out there doesn't exactly help a guys confidence. Before anyone says it, I know that it was a wet field and damp weather. If Floyd can't use that excuse neither should Owens.

He's currently scoring at a PPG pace for London, and this is as an 18-year old. Any idea as to his timetable before he is ready for the AHL/NHL?
