The NFL has just announced that punt returners are no longer able to signal a fair catch when they have no intention of catching a ball. Also, play action passes will no longer be allowed as they are an attempt to deceive the defense.

I thought McCarthy looked really good today and I didn't want to see Ozzie pull him. But one thing raised a concern and I haven't read all of the threads so this may have already been discussed. He got a lot of fly ball outs and very few groundouts. Will he be able to get away with this back at US Cellular?
