  1. Probably a good idea. Biggest thing Jimmy could have worked on is passing when he went into the block. What a friggen player he's become though. Actually, I take it back, if he can hit 3's off the dribble at 36% or higher that would be amazing.
  2. Right but there's "not exactly a pillar on the line" and "I couldn't beat out someone now on the practice squad of another team" Charles Leno
  3. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 2, 2015 -> 11:55 AM) No, I actually think Jay is going to play With Bushrod out too...I don't know.
  4. Ugh, why do I read that and all I can think is "he's going to tear his acl in preseason" Can we have good things?
  5. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Oct 2, 2015 -> 10:02 AM) X1? I got it a couple of months ago, and have no idea how I survived as long as I did with the old one. It is so much easier to use, plus it is nice having remote access to DVR shows, for the most part. Yeah. I was so angry too that they made me return my box when I moved, but this thing is awesome. I love how the back button shows you an option of the last 5 places you've been, including recorded/on demand shows.
  6. Also, playoffs have changed, right? This is the worst playoff drought I've seen since being a fan and the playoffs have been easier to make in that span. These are also some of the least fun teams I've had to watch. It's just been too long, with some of the least dynamic talent I've ever seen on the sox. And yes, that is heavily tilted toward position players.
  7. Also, got the new tweetdeck. Loving all my old ios flames. I basically use my phone for twitter and texts. If twitter made a phone that could actually handle their resource sucking app i'd probably buy it.
  8. Comcast's new DVR is quite awesome.
  9. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Oct 2, 2015 -> 08:14 AM) If Brooks is saying the dimensions of the video boards are actually bigger, I wonder if they are getting rid of the billboards in the OF. Another huge change would be if they painted the facades green instead of the current gray. They have the emblem behind homeplate, now another one on the mound. I hope they don't cave an install Wrigley brick to replace the green padding like so many teams have done, in the infield. I bet it may be easier to sell volume on small video board ads vs. the yearlong committment. I wonder if that would equal out or be worse thou
  10. Honestly I liked the going for it, just not the going for it relying on Mike Vick. Looks like Ravens may be saved by finding running game again. Shocked they misplaced it
  11. Rongey is one of those "Very Serious People" who knows that no fault can ever lie with those in power and no criticism has ever been accurate.
  12. Greater bureaucracy over owning a gun -> bad Greater bureaucracy over being able to vote -> worthwhile We certainly do not have a problem with letting too many felons on the street. That is an insane thing to believe. Have any of the recent mass shooters been a bunch of "thugs" out from jail?
  13. pretty sure that URL is wrong. Unless they are writing about soxtalk.
  14. I'm glad benitendi is working out because I liked him a lot, and usually that means they will be awful (Smoak).
  15. He was a former Missouri Point Guard and I don't know that he's been in the NBA very much. So yes, camp body.
  16. My .02, I hope that the speed gun is more prominent. I never remember where it is.
  17. Rooting for Blue Jays/anybody but STL.
  18. This happens about 1 year after the federal supervision of voting rights is basically gutted.
  19. The classic peanuts in the red solo cup trick
  20. QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Oct 1, 2015 -> 09:25 AM) Aaron Rodgers had a delivery hitch in his motion that is prominent with Tedford guys. Green Bay completely reworked his throwing mechanics on top of Rodgers' insane work ethic and need to be the best ever. Had Rodgers gone somewhere else, he may not be what he is today. I agree with this. I also think the whole sitting behind a QB for two years is some sort of cure-all. I think there were some QBs who were put behind offensive lines that created bad habits right away (David Carr). But I think for the most part I doubt that Geno Smith, Blaine Gabbert, RGIII etc would have been great if they just didn't play for 2 years.
