  2. QUOTE(bmags @ Apr 11, 2006 -> 07:50 PM) i don't know man, these are the types of cases that DA's make their political careers on. The publicity they'll get from this case, they want to be on TV as long as possible. There just doesn't seem to be a lot of evidence being reported, it just seems like people like the story of these rich priviledged white college kids taking advantage of a poor black girl as some sort of microcosm of american society to the point of being blind to anything that would disprove it. was this post money or what, everyone? Come, everyone, praise me!
  3. whens the deadline AHHHHH

  8. I went to Dino last night, i figured we can take out the Jr at this point who we fooling... When the second opener was coming on this guy next to me started talking to me, and said "with a name like priestess i really hope they are prog!" and i thought he was joking so i laughed and sarcastically yelled "green]yeah cause i loove dream theatre[green" so then he sternly looked in my eyes and said "thats my favorite band right there" i said "sorry buddy," and moved. Good show, i wasn't thrilled with the mixing of vocals, they kept fooling with them during the show, they'd go too high than low then ahh...a kickass performance of raisans and the leper... i hated the crowd, they were really enthusiastic and yelly, which is cool i guess, but people were yelling song requests after every song, i was like SHUT THE f*** UP they have a god damn setlist ... they aren't just winging it. And these guys in front kept acting like they were bowing to masci, and this one kid would point to him whenever he thought he was lookign at him... so eventually i started snapping the neck of anyone yelling a song request, until i was the only one left, and they looked at me and in unison said, "so what do you wanna hear" and i said "Flying Cloud" and then i snapped my own neck... good show!

  12. QUOTE(RockRaines @ Apr 12, 2006 -> 01:37 AM) This is my last post to you on this, its obvious we have two extremely different opinions of this. First of all, you entire first rant makes no sense. 46 kids would jointly make up a scheme to pull this off? Then somehow to conjured a way to make her vagina look like it hasnt had any contact with a penis, condom, lubrication or other instrument? Come on now. Second paragraph: She didnt have sex with mutiple men, there were no traces of sex even happening recently according to medical examiners. So she really had nothing to have second thoughts about other than the directions of her life. This women, regardless of her color, has made several questionable life decisions previously. She sells her body for money, she could have chosen another professional to fund her life, but she chose that one for a reason. Second, she has a criminal background. Third she showed up the party already beaten up and intoxicated, leaves the party, GOES BACK IN, and then calls it a rape situation? As much as there is a chance she may tell some version of the truth, it doesnt seem likely. rock, strippers aren't "selling their body"...that implies prostitution... they're dancers! THEY're DANCERS/green

  14. QUOTE(Kid Gleason @ Apr 11, 2006 -> 06:10 PM) Any Fast Times At Ridgemount High fans? I laugh everytime I see it and the kid is b****ing about the scalp prices for the upcoming Van Halen show. What were they? Was it $20? me me me!
  15. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Apr 11, 2006 -> 04:48 PM) With all due respect, that might be the most ignorant thing I have ever heard. The DA seems to have some kind of evidence as he is planning to procede with the case, so it doesn't sound like there is "no evidence" to me. Quite the contrary if they feel they can take a case to the grand jury, even lacking the magic bullet of DNA proof, they must have something pretty impressive to go on. i don't know man, these are the types of cases that DA's make their political careers on.
  16. QUOTE(Texsox @ Apr 11, 2006 -> 07:25 PM) stripers, they lead a tough life those stripers... edit: noted irony for me making a spelling mistake when making fun of anothers...
  17. IMO, false accusation of rape is probably the worst accusation around *child molesting probably overtakes it*, but these are allegations that even when proven false stick with people. I feel bad for that lacrosse team, their coach f***in lost his job because some girl lied about something with grave consequences. What a lowlife.
  18. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Apr 10, 2006 -> 12:47 PM) bmags, are you at Bonnaroo? too expensive for me, great show it sounds like though... i'll be at intonation and pitchfork this year thou... hell yeah lmb, beale street is great. just ole time blues music. Great atmosphere there.

  20. QUOTE(LosMediasBlancas @ Apr 10, 2006 -> 02:39 AM) I liked her in the video, I know that. What was cool about Memphis? SET LIST AND FULL REVIEW FOR THE ALL MIGHTY DINOSAUR WILL BE REQUIRED UPON YOUR RETURN!!! Cool about memphis, one, the town setup feels small and familiar for a rather large city. They ahve baseball stadiums and basketball stadiums integrated right in with the city. And then there was Beale street, now, i hadn't much heard of beale street, but i'm sure glad i've seen it now, it was I guess "the" hot spot for blues in the 20's-40's, and since has become just a great strip of bars, blues clubs, and restaurants that epitomize memphis. At night, we left our hotel and walked up and down, blues music all over, it was a lot of fun. I'm gonna try so hard to get an actual setlist for dino jr. I'm gonna show up proper early. I gotta buy ear plugs...posthaste.
