  1. unfortunately i went to the game today and tony romo walked right past me, i pointed to my friend and said hey does that jersey say romo? sure enough we chased him down and were right next to him, no joke - he was still tan from his trip to mexico LOL. he was also holding hands with a woman who was not very attractive haha.
  2. he dominated the sox last year in 9.2 innings
  3. I was caught each of the last 2 years, all they said to me was if you were caught again we would be put away in "Sox jail." They even threatened to have my friends season tickets revoked. All is good now as we are all 21
  4. QUOTE(kwolf68 @ Apr 4, 2008 -> 12:49 PM) Absolutely not...This outing for Contreras is just a continuation of last year all over again. He's washed up...Buehrle was terrific last year, he gets a few passes because he recently pitched well. Count hasn't pitched well since the first half of 2006...he's done, put a FORK in him. Well we definitely can't get a Forkball in him anymore
  5. meh, still doesn't work - I wonder if its just from being at work. damnit
  6. I downloaded this, Do you have to wait until gametime for the audio to show up? I click on listen to WSCR and nothing shows up?
  7. Cool thanks, that's all I really wanted to know. I wanted to make sure it wasn't like MLB.tv cutting out here and there like I have heard.
  8. I was thinking about purchasing it today so I can listen to day games at work - is it worth it to purchase?
  9. Rich Harden is sick gets out of bases loaded no out vs. Boston k's manny then lowell
  10. anal fissure (torn rectum) ouch - I am surprised that the Astros weren't diagnosed with this before Kaz after the contract they gave him
  11. Not necessarily 2004 - Scotty Podsednik - 70 sb's with a .313 OBP HAHA
  12. At a wrestling match when I was younger - My mother and I were spat on by my favorite wrestling The Ultimate Warrior white we were in the second row (by accident when he was punched.) She never took me to a match again haha. I also went to Michael Jordan's basketball camp twice when I was younger, talked to him numerous times, and also am on video asking him a question when all of the kids got to "interview" him. He told me mine was the best question he's heard. All I asked was "What does it feel like to win a championship?" Player such as Jason Terry (got his signature on a shirt the year Arizona won the title which he wrote "Cats #1 and a picture) , Shawn Marion (Junior College version and he also dunked from the free throw line which was sick.) The last day of camp, MJ had a scrimmage (pros vs college) He had invited Juwan Howard and Chris Webber ( Dennis Rodman never showed up after being invited of course.) MJ also sat down in front of my mom and she became hectic and took a picture of the back of his head, he turned around and started laughing after he saw her face and what she realized she had done.
  13. I am registered on the sox site - where do you find the password?
  14. What was going through his head when he was a college football player then?
  15. What about cool dog name ideas? Ron Barkovice or Scott Pawsednik
  16. I went last year to see them play the Angels and the Cubs, I bought the Angels ones on ticketmaster and the Cubs on stubhub.com. It all just depends on where you would like to sit. There are no bad seats in the house but when I was there the Sox were in the 1st base dugout rather than the 3rd baseline dugout. Where to stay? I forget our hotel but it was literally one block from the airport and only a few minute ride to the stadium so I suggest finding a hotel in that vicinity. If you want autographs, I suggest leaving the game a little early and heading out to the West side of the stadium. You will see many people gathering and waiting. Last year, I waited there for probably 2 hours and finally out came Pods and Lisa Dergen. Then Brian Anderson was driving out and my buddy and I were actually in his car talking to him about the game (he had swung and missed badly and twisted his ankle.) He was real cool. If you like Mexican food, definitely check out El Charro in downtown Tucson which is real cool. Half of the resturant is outdoors and there Chimichangas were named one of the top 50 dishes in America by Time Magazine. They are AWESOME
  17. this is the greatest day in white sox history
  18. If Dustin Pedroia was not an option along with Josh having more at bats this year, he could have had a good chance at winning it even with his horrible avg. See Bobby Crosby (who did have a higher OBP though, less SLG and close OPS. but plays better D) Fields has very close numbers to him even though he played significantly less. Youve gotta believe that Fields would have probably been better towards the end of a whole year. Crosby - G AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI BB K SB CS AVG OBP SLG OPS 151 545 70 130 34 1 22 64 58 141 7 3 .239 .319 .426 .744 Fields - G AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI BB K SB CS AVG OBP SLG OPS 88 332 39 77 14 0 19 59 25 114 1 1 .232 .285 .446 .731
