Even for you weirdos who like this move, there was absolutely 0 leg work done on this. Your 800 year old owner had his mind made before even pretending to go through this process. This is what this fuckin organization always does and it's just infuriating.
He's allowed to want to stand for the anthem and he's allowed to think it's the right thing to do but he's not allowed to tell a black person they can't kneel and if they're going to that they have to do it in the clubhouse. That's fuckin bullshit.
I don't think it's as bad. That said, I was much more pissy(not that I'm not angry about TLR) about the Machado situation so maybe I'm just reading things differently ha.
I do not have any friend's from college named Tim. I do have a friend named Tim down here in Saint Louis that usually gets way too drunk on Sunday's and sometimes throws up all over the bar. I have not been able to reach him yet for his opinion. Stay tuned.
We would know. Not to mention the turn around time on that what be ridiculous especially considering when all this stuff started to come out. I get people wanting to be optimistic here and hope to hell I'm wrong but if we hear something today, it's Tony.
In general this is true. But the Sox time and time make the dumbest decisions and when they’re so close to breaking through nobody wants to see this crap.
I wasn't actually talking about Tony's quote in my post. I was just talking about overall war people have already started to wage on analytics after last night. It's very annoying.
This is just so difficult to say. They were up a whole 1-0 when that move was made and Snell wasn't going 9. Cash's decision making there was clearly wrong but who knows what would have happened if he kept with Snell.
There was a ton of us(myself included) who were throwing temper tantrums during that time. I, however, know I could never stop being a fan of this stupid organization otherwise I would have a long time ago.
