  1. QUOTE(Jabroni @ Apr 8, 2005 -> 03:35 PM) That was a pretty disgusting swing. Even Crede might not be able to match that one. :puke Even Crede doens't look that awful.
  2. QUOTE(Jabroni @ Apr 8, 2005 -> 02:48 PM) Yep, Jenkins has actually gotten worse over the years. Yes, their bullpen sucks. Hawkins Blew another save must be steve stone's fault.
  3. Third Base will be a big problem next season Fields is still 2 seasons away he has a lot to do just to become succesfull at AA so hopefully Joe can have a decent season and either resign him to a one year deal for next year or sign a fill in player for next season.
  4. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Apr 8, 2005 -> 07:47 AM) Wow 4 hits and 4 errors for Bham. How did Bull look outside of the 3 run HR? I though Bull was good, Rob Hanson was squeezing the strike zone so was really tough to tell. The Three Run HR wouldn't have happened if Bull got the 2-2 pitch called 3. I can give you a better answer after the Carolina Start on Tuesday.
  5. Barons Friday Night game @ Jacksonville Jacksonville Jonathan Broxton (11-6, 3.23 ERA) Vs Sean Tracey (9-8, 2.73 ERA)
  6. End Game Jacksonville 7 11 1 Barons 0 4 4 W- Alfredo Gonzalez L-Bullard Billingsley 2 IP 0 R 1H 4K's 3 BB Bullard 2 IP 3 R 3 H 2K 2BB Good- Antoin Gray 2-4 Double in the 2nd also turned an awsome 1-2-3 DP on a deflection. B.J. Lamura tossed 3 shutout innings with 4k's with an outstanding breaking ball. Bad- 17 K's most hitters looked a little overmatched but that looked to be opening night jitters. 4 error's (3 by Andy Gonzalez). Finally Stranding 7 runners in scoring position
  7. QUOTE(Credepopsup @ Apr 7, 2005 -> 05:43 PM) End of 2nd. RAIN DELAY. Jax 3 Birmingham 0 Bull - 2IP 3H 3ER 2BB 2K 3 run home run in the 2nd. One hit for Birmingham so far - Gray double in the 2nd. One bad pitch but with Rob Hanson behind the plate this will be a long game. An opposite field homer to the very short RF porch
