Nice catch. I know that it's open during the week and free, at least when I've used it. I have parked there once for a game without a problem (again, only once so I'm not sure if it's always open) on a Tuesday when there was no overflow. I am guessing that the lots are usually open but they probably are only out collecting payment when they're directing people over there on big crowd days. De La Salle also uses the lot and I also park there without a problem weekday evenings when I take my brother to his games, but we're out of there by 9. I doubt there's a problem leaving about an hour after that and there wasn't for me on the one occasion. My excuse, if I ever have a problem, will be that I was visiting De.
