  1. This guy still loves Tony G, great Util player for years.
  2. QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 02:56 PM) It is a tough call, it would probably be earned, because you can't assume a double play, but it would be the scorekeepers discression based on how the inning went. well its based on the fact that the runner would have been at first, then maybe at second and wouldnt have score on that single right? Either way its scored as unearned.
  3. QUOTE(whitesoxmanager @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 02:55 PM) kill the whitesoxmanager? recurring theme with you fans! i live in SD have been a lifer sox fan, follow every pitch, go to almost every Sox-Angels game in Anaheim, went with MY PARENTS to the last 3 game homestand in SD, go occassionally to Oakland home games to fight for the Sox, so get it straight fellas...i would be one of the 12,000 fans that was there day in & day out even if they sucked! It took you that long to type that???? I will edit your post for you. As far as being a lifelong sox fan, sure maybe you are, but you have nothing of value to say on this board as of yet, and your loyalty does not change that fact.
  4. QUOTE(southsideirish71 @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 02:43 PM) What dialect of moron is this. I would say idiot, but it seems like a variance of moron. Keep babbling we will figure it out. He has a short-lived soxtalk career in front of him.
  5. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 02:44 PM) I personally wouldn't push him, let him pitch the 8th and bring in the gong show to finish it off. I think thats a great idea, he needs some work.
  6. QUOTE(JimH @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 02:44 PM) Hey did they ever find out if the cute blond track chick was ok after getting drilled by the sprinter? Nope, she gone!!! Not sure really, I think she was shaken up, but nothing more.
  7. QUOTE(shakes @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 02:43 PM) Rooney was saying earlier that Frank is still hurting and it will be a long time before he is completely healthy. I think its the leg muscle that has been bothering him. He is favoring the ankle, but hurting his other leg.
  8. QUOTE(kyyle23 @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 02:42 PM) LaRussa wasnt the coach. Pasqua barely played at that time. Get your facts straight before you type. Better yet, dont type. More like dont type, ever.
  9. QUOTE(Jabroni @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 02:42 PM) Wow, quick inning just let Buehrle go 1 more. I think he can finish it, he will throw nothing but strike next inning, he has a lead and he knows it.
  10. QUOTE(whitesoxmanager @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 02:29 PM) Decent Arm? he has great fingernails and toenails! pink at that.... Hey soon to be banned idiot. Dont disrespect my post by offerning an idiotic comment. Walk away from your parents computer, get a popsicle and sit back down. Dont ever reply to my posts again, seriously
  11. This rook looks pretty good, a couple of mistakes, but decent arm.
  12. he had a stiff back, Ozzie said it wasnt a big deal.
  13. i put in about 100, I have to go back to work
  14. my god, this is easier than anything, im flooding.
  15. QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Jun 21, 2005 -> 11:31 PM) Went to the game. Really nice crowd(looked like they had more than yesterday). Crede comes through tonight. I love it. I was at the game last night, best seats I have had in a long time. Right behind the scout seats. Finally got to see JG pitch, seeing him that close really makes you appreciate his pitches. They have a TON of movement on them. Great crowd, great weather, all around awesome night. No extra base hits though
  16. QUOTE(Jabroni @ Jun 22, 2005 -> 01:19 AM) http://chicago.whitesox.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb...t=.jsp&c_id=cws This looks like it will work out great except for the fact that McCarthy's one start will be at Oakland where we play like s***. Maybe he is being showcased for Billy Beane???
  17. I sat right next to them last night, kinda weird and unexpected. Also I figured out that the new green seats they are putting in are smaller than the current blue seats.
  18. QUOTE(knightni @ Jun 21, 2005 -> 04:51 PM) Let's not get anyone then. it would be a little warm and sticky but I can deal
  19. QUOTE(chi-guy2 @ Jun 21, 2005 -> 04:48 PM) much better, you cant screw up a rotation that works, and if we do get him keep him in duques spot No way, you would put Oswalt in the first three at least. It he was #1 you could go righty, lefty, righty, sinkerballer, Cuban/
  20. QUOTE(Dam8610 @ Jun 21, 2005 -> 04:43 PM) I think San Fran will be asking top dollar for Schmidt based on past performance, and if the Sox are going to pay top dollar for a starter, I'd prefer it to be Roy Oswalt. If the sox got Roy Oswalt I would poop in my pants, same as if they got Chavez. Oswalt would give us a ridiculous rotation 1.Oswalt 2. MB 3. Freddy 4.Garland 5. Contreras Jesus
  21. QUOTE(kman @ Jun 21, 2005 -> 04:40 PM) we dont alll have the cheddar like u rock. hahahaha, true dat. But honestly im young and I have been buying season tickets since i was 21. Its only like 700 bucks, what I do is save up like 50-100 bucks a month, every month, and by the time the new season rolls around, I have enough for another year of tickets, I wouldnt have it any other way.
