My knees didnt get better until I went to a smaller and more attentive place, and today its all about flexibility and the strength of the muscles around my knee. I am now back running long distances when before I couldnt go down stairs. Good luck, knees are tricky but dont let it linger. My right knee clicks all the time, but at least it doesnt hurt.
