Fields isn't even very good at 3B yet. I don't even think he has the tools to play SS. He also needs to learn to play smarter baseball all the way around. Remember he was a football player and hasn't been a full-time baseball player until recently--and it shows.

Josh Fields may be a "powerful man", but at this point in his career he's a pretty bad third baseman. I hope he plays a lot in winter ball this offseason because he needs to learn how to play baseball. He's got the potential, but he needs the experience and coaching.
