  1. I don't believe he signed Adam Eaton to a contract. i believe that was Rick Hahn. He doesn't seem to be that hands on of an owner. I think he gives the budget and the FO works with it. They probably need to go to him with large expenditures. The FO prioritized the Hendriks signing over a significant RF signing.
  2. Sometimes its better that way.
  3. Hopefully, it doesn't turn out to be a family issue or something of that nature.
  4. It's like a game of Among Us!
  5. It's really not that big of a deal as it's primarily a stabilizing muscles and not a prime mover. The thoracolumbar fascia is a primary stabilizer for the spine. It acts as a passive brace that is tightened by the glutes inferiority and the lats superiorly. This is why you'll see exercises for the spine include raises arms and legs to tighten the fascia.
  6. Yes. Most people have a preferred side for movement patterns. This is why I like unilateral activities early in rehab to keep one side from compensating for the other. It is the muscle the erector spinae. The thoracolumbar (thoracdorsal) fascia is a passive piece of connective tissue.
  7. Yeah that's one of the arts of rehab, how many exercises to give a patient that they will complete them appropriately. Exactly, resistance bands aren't all about strength. They are more about muscle control. They are intense strengthening. Your glutes are the most important muscles in the body as they connect your spine to the lower extremity train. They control the position of the pelvis in closed chain activities. It about control not pure strength. And control needs many more reps for learning the so called muscle memory.
  8. We do use programs to print exercises for patients.
  9. Hey, no judgement so don't forget Big Alice's
  10. It's more of a philosophical difference on interventions but that leads to the education difference as well. But you're right about it being individualistic though.
  11. Usually its wRC+ or OPS+ and stats like that which compare the player to others on the league
  12. I have 5G as well. However, must not be the same unlimited plan because the Disney bundle for mine is 6 months free but a monthly charge after that.
  13. He's referring to that fact that you used batting average as a basis for quality of hitting. Unless you are just trying to start arguments, I wouldn't use that.
  14. How do you get it? All I see is 6 months free then a monthly fee after that.
  15. wow, knowledge of the PT/chiro squabbles. I still have a hard time with students with that.
  16. They do work. This was just a scope so the incisions are very small and didn't scar. There still aren't good procedures to reapir PCLs so I had a procedure to remove torn meniscus, microfracture and STEM cells with PRP to try to put off a hemiarthroplasty.
  17. Had a guy detach a retina during an ultimate tournament. The only one I've ever seen. He came to me with an eye issue after getting poked. I told him his contact was out of place. He said he didn't wear contacts. OOps.
  18. No doubt. After tearing my PCL 35 years ago, I finally gave in and had surgery 2 weeks ago. We'll see how it turns out and if this PT stuff is any good.
  19. Agreed. But those are the only reasons I can think of that someone could find.
  20. Probably due to the weak division and the mediocre record against good teams. Not that I agree with them but those are the criticisms that the sour posters bring up on this board.
  21. You can't look at it isolation like that, otherwise MLB players would never be traded for prospects. Potential value plus contract and player control factor in as well.
  22. You'd be surprised how seriously some people take it. I worked the national championships a couple of years ago and there were nearly fights over some placements.
