  1. Correct. I thought they said they estimated June to return to the MLB.
  2. He knows he needs to have a limit on his innings. He should have input on how it's done. Not the only say nor even thefinal say but input.
  3. It's very important. Pitchers have to be comfortable with it, otherwise they will not pitch well and they will not get to the WS. There is a mental part to pitching that you can't ignore. If they work on it in the off season and are prepared for it, that's one thing. To change it all in the middle of a season with high expectations is another.
  4. It will depend on the other starters. Going to a 6 man may throw them off. Would not be good to throw off the entire rotation for one person.
  5. Either method would work. I think it will come down to Kopech's preference.
  6. Hopefully, they spread it out so they don't need to do that.
  7. Soak it in vodka and it doesn't matter. ?
  8. I was down the third base line and higher up. I could see people moving through the corn in RF but not who is was or if they found it.
  9. Or at regular intervals that make it the correct rhythm.
  10. Agreed. Unless Cueto continues to look this good, they will need him in the playoffs.
  11. He's looked pretty good. I bet he gets more chances anyway.
  12. He will not reach 168. I'll don't think he'll get more than 120 or whatever it was. They will keep Velasquez, Cueto and Keuchal around to decrease his innings with phantom IL stints. Could be wrong but I still don't think they'll push him that far after only 70 or so last year.
  13. I agree with Jack Parkman. Hopefully the FO has the guts to trade everyone by the trade deadline and not wait until the offseason. Nice DH win. Pitching, pitching, pitching.
  14. As opposed to Bears fans chanting fire Nagy at a high school game with his wife and kids there? Fans do dumb things when it catches on.
  15. Everyone didn't know that as it wasn't possible yet. This was the year to start it as he would have been in the Kopech re of part time starter. Unfortunately the injury happened. He has a big arm. The question was can he handle a starters load. So far, it's no but they'll need to ramp him up again.
  16. That's not what you're wrong on. You're wrong on them pigeon holing him as a reliever. With the amount of innings he had in college he had to be a reliever for the first two years to build up innings, whether it was in the MLB or minors. Sale was a full time starter in college and had built up the innings.
  17. The real standings are on August 1st.
  18. With all of the players injured running to first, many in here were telling players not to go all out to first.
  19. May 27th should be a Holiday. Obi-wan and stranger things drop.
