QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Sep 20, 2010 -> 03:30 PM) How long have they have been playing each other has nothing to do with anything. You said that Bears/Packers games are always competitive no matter what their records are. I call bulls*** and tried to show you that 50% of their meetings in the last 4 years have not been competitive. Do you remember the New Years Eve night game in 2006? That was the least competitive piece of s*** football game I have ever seen. The Bears were prepping for the playoffs and wanted nothing to do with playing that game. There have been past scores in the rivalry of 61-7, 49-0, 40-3, 45-7 among others. Many of their games have been close and competitive but there have been several occurences where one team just wasn't on the same level as the other and gets run off the field. It's possible the Packers do it on Monday. I hope not but to say it never happens in the series is a stretch. OK. You got me.

I don't think 8 games should reflect two teams that have been playing each other since 1456.

QUOTE (Jenksy Cat @ Sep 20, 2010 -> 12:58 PM) I guess if you want to talk yourself into those being "skill" INT's rather than just luck, go for it. I'll believe if they can be competitive against Greenbay, which I doubt they will be. The Bears could 0-15 and the Packers 15-0 and it would be a competitive game. Other way around too.
-
Thats how it supposed to work, but can the Bears run the ball with that o-line. That is the question. On another note. Dallas coaching is just awful. Wade Phillips is about done.
-
I wouldn't blitz the Bears. You could probably get pressure with the front four. Drop 5 into coverage.

I don't eat at any of these places, but Ronald and The King really freak me out. They look like killers.
-
I don't think anyone should be allowed in the locker room. They should have an area outisde that reporters can ask questions after the players are dressed. We don't interview any other profession like that.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Sep 16, 2010 -> 08:43 AM) http://deadspin.com/5636603/lets-talk-abou...nd-the-sideline What other "reporter" dresses like this? I've seen Peter Gammons wear the same outfit. Twice.

QUOTE (ChWRoCk2 @ Sep 15, 2010 -> 09:41 AM) Anyone else get Reach? Pretty sick game so far, still getting used to using the abilities and length of time to kill someone has increased, I keep thinking it is Halo 3 or 2 and assume the guy is dead after 4 headshots or an AR clip and beat down. Campaign seems ok, thru 4 missions, hasn't taken long at all I feel like more could be put into it. I played the campaign for about an hour or so last night. Really like it so far. I'm Looking forward to the firefight mode.

Just win. -
I think sanchez is worse than Orton. Sanchez had chances throw over the middle yesterday and went check down instead.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Sep 14, 2010 -> 12:44 PM) Ryan Grant out for the year. f***.
-
Since 2000 The Twins are 6-18 in the playoffs. We are 12-7 with a championship.
-
Mark Sanchez is terrible.

The Walking Dead will be the only show I watch. Looks awesome.

Green Bay Packers.

30, but I feel more like 28.

QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Sep 9, 2010 -> 10:15 AM) OK, but the Patriot Act wasn't about military funding anyway. It was the expansion of federal power to intrude on people's lives, and that's something I'd expect any libertarian to scream and yell about. libertarians did scream about it. People like Ron Paul and such.
-
John Boehner said the same thing. Comparing it to the mosque at ground zero. So I guess thats the talking point going around.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Sep 9, 2010 -> 08:48 AM) That's rich. Did Jon Stewart teach you that? I honestly don't know how any "democrat" could view the tea party as the "worst thing" in politics. It's precisely the type of grass roots movement that IS American politics. You might not agree with the message, but the idea that people can get together, voice their opposition to their government, and create change is fundamentally American. They have to have these protests and what not when a Republican is president too. They can't protest when a Democrat is in office and than disappear when a Republican takes office. If your gonna have protests for smaller government you have to do it all the time. Like when the Patriot Act is passed.

QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Sep 8, 2010 -> 12:24 PM) I have actually spoke at a Tea Party rally, though it is hard to say you are a part of the movement since it is something else to each person. Then again I have been to rallies for just about everything, including a socialist rally, a labor rally, an immigrant rally, and many others. I was just curious if anyone here had ever gone to rallies or things like that. You go to socialist rallies huh? Are you gonna show up one day talking about the class war and workers losing their chains.
-
QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Sep 8, 2010 -> 10:49 AM) Define "part of." I've been to a couple of rallies and agree with a lot if the things they discuss. I guess that makes me part of the movement, though I'm not sure I'm a part of the "party." Are these the first political rallies you've been to? What made you want to go?

Does anyone on here consider themselves part of the Tea Party movement?
