Its not just the south. It's that most small towns are just filled with fast food. Usually there is little or no other options. When I went to Tennessee a couple of years ago it was a nightmare trying to find something to eat.

I'm starting to wear shorts more in the summer. Mostly because they are starting to make shorts that aren't super baggy. I have skinny legs, so I look dumb in baggy shorts.
