As far as recommitting a crime if he was guilty, that's highly unlikely because of the age at which he received treatment, which would've been mandatory as part of the sentencing regardless of whether he actually did it or not. Recividism on that behavior when treated at that age is less than 5%.

Yeah, likely not, they tend to be too concerned with PR. Doesn't make sense to me to pass on a player like him though given the circumstances of his situation. Getting a better starter than Brady Singer on Day 2 of the draft seems like a win to me.
