  1. 25-30 would be an absolute miracle and honestly would probably signal the season isn't over.
  2. 237/319/398. Now, that's not Elvis Andrus' line, that's Andrew Vaughn.
  3. the game is already over? Holy s%*# we're a game back of the Tribe? Life comes at you fast.
  4. Yikes. Just do the right fucking thing and send Vaughn to either a platoon or AAA. There's literally no other franchise dumb enough to try this. He will either hurt himself, removing our best current hitter, or he will miss routine plays and put even more pressure on our mediocre staff.
  5. Maybe not the right place to say it or the right time but I don't GAF. I wish they would just lose every game left rather than continue this charade. This isn't a good team. It's a bad team but because baseball it will win about 2 of every 5 games it plays from this point on.
  6. You'd think maybe in year 5 or whatever he could figure out what is and isn't a HR most the time off the bat.
  7. I mean you get credit for being an elite defender at a premium position. Literally every other team except the Sox can find a DH that can hit 20 HR.
  8. Bro Vaughn has -1 career fWAR. Robert is closing in on 9. They are not on the same planet.
  9. Didn't we have a stretch of 18 scoreless innings earlier this year? Maybe we can beat that with another shutout today! #squadgoals!
  10. That's like a 92 bronco setting the pace for a F1 car.
  11. I'm not usually a lineup guy but why the f*** would you put Burger in front of Robert?
  12. What is the average WAR per MLB draft and how much do the Sox have in the last decade if you remove Tim Anderson? Hell, don't remove Tim Anderson, I'd have to think it's well below league average even with him.
  13. Andrew Vaughn completed a nice White Sox milestone yesterday, as with that latest effort he's now at a nice round -1 fWAR for his career. Even more impressive, FG has him -45.1 runs below average as a defender in a little over 300 career games.
  14. That draft looked amazing on paper. Then reality set in that if the Sox are high on a guy in the draft he probably sucks.
  15. Well that's what we get for getting slightly excited after sweeping a putrid KC team. We are also a putrid team.
  16. He has a 697 OPS. If you just watched the Sox broadcast you'd think he was 2004 Barry Bonds.
  17. lol a 186 BA with a 182 OBP. Must have gotten thrown out trying to stretch a single into a double, no?
  18. Vaughn is a DH that hits for a 700 OPS. We sure are good at finding those guys.
  19. Crochet spent his entire rehab under the squat bar apparently. Mercy.
