  1. QUOTE (lsufan52224 @ May 7, 2016 -> 07:30 PM) Frazier needs to show up today Have Frazier and Abreu been locked in at the same time this year? It seems like as Abreu has been coming around, Frazier has gone the other way.
  2. QUOTE (soxforlife05 @ May 7, 2016 -> 07:24 PM) Hit 2 batters and walked a guy too? Wtf get your head in the game Sale Watch the Twins retaliate thinking it was on purpose.
  3. WTF, I never want to hear it's just the Twins again.
  4. QUOTE (fathom @ May 7, 2016 -> 07:20 PM) Throwing way too many fastballs Throwing way too many pitches, period.
  5. QUOTE (elrockinMT @ May 5, 2016 -> 09:49 PM) 113 MPH exit speed Well, it IS Cinco De Mayo
  6. Oh FFS!, how do they only have one hit off this guy
  7. Geez, the ump could have at least kissed him.
  8. What's the prognosis on Avila, are they expecting him back soon?
  9. QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ May 5, 2016 -> 08:32 PM) Fans will have plenty of time to drink tonight. Could see a 4.5 hour game at this rate. He certainly bears no resemblance to Mark Buehrle.
  10. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 5, 2016 -> 07:51 PM) I LOVE ROBIN VENTURA! Daryl Van Schouwen ‏@CST_soxvan 1h1 hour ago Robin Ventura not as excited about four first-place teams playing in Chicago tonight as some are: "I don’t care about the other game." But, does he even care about this one?
  11. QUOTE (fathom @ May 4, 2016 -> 08:24 PM) Rodon better get this zone If Rodon gets THAT zone, this game is ova
  12. Nice to see Jian Yang will be sticking around on Silicon Valley. Poor "Eric" Bachman
  13. QUOTE (shysocks @ May 2, 2016 -> 09:50 AM) I've now read approximately 950 defenses of Hawk proclaiming "PEOPLE DON'T LIKE HIM BECAUSE HE IS A HOMER BUT THAT IS WHY I LIKE HIM" since the last time I saw somebody complaining about him being a homer. Let me tell ya folks, there are plenty of other reasons he's no longer good at his job. Him cheering for the Good Guys isn't even a factor. I don't get that sentiment either. It seems like a self esteem issue.
  14. QUOTE (mmmmmbeeer @ Apr 28, 2016 -> 10:49 PM) After listening to Jason for such a long string of games, am I the only one that was bored as s*** watching this game tonight? Granted, it was a Danks start...but still. Stoney is so much more talkative and, eh, "fun" when working with Jason. It kind of felt like going back to work a Monday after a vacation vs. any other Monday. It sets in and you're like, "oh, this again". I'm sure it was 100% Hawk's decision to cut back, but with them both doing the games, you can't help but compare.
  15. It looks like Trump v Hillary for sure. The thing I find interesting, is both of them have people who would never admit that they voted for him / her publically. I'm interested in seeing how the votes break down.
  16. Wow, I don't think I've ever seen a game end with runner getting hit by batted ball.
  17. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Apr 25, 2016 -> 12:42 PM) Well, that's kind of a pretty legit excuse if he's hobbled or, even worse, can't play. Anything official yet? I didn't mean that the excuse wouldn't be valid. It's just, as fans, we don't know what the outcome would have been with both teams being healthy. It happens in sports (stars injured), but this was one as a non-partial observer, I would have enjoyed.
  18. This stinks that we won't get a full strengh Warriors - Spurs series. That was destined to be one for the ages. I think the Spurs might have taken them anyway, but the excuse is already there.
  19. This should've been a poll. I like listening to the new guy a lot more. Hawk is a vastly overrated cliche. He's like those morning zoo radio shows that play those "wacky" sound effects.
