They axed KW and Hahn last season, and instead of Grifol going with them, they spread the “accountability” over multiple seasons. This franchise is so transparently phony. A terrible screenwriter couldn’t write an antagonist so poorly. If the owner in Major League did the exact same things, people would think it unbelievable.

This is undeniably true. And it worries me that the presumptive replace for Grifol is AJ. They were talking on the radio yesterday about how AJ has been very defensive of Reinsdorf recently. While I’d normally be excited about AJ, that makes me think he’s selling his soul for the opportunity. He’s just gonna be another JR ball cupper.
