I think our chances are done after the past week of results. It's time to start looking forward to 2019.

This defense is killing our chances to get back in the pennant race. We need a sweep of this series and it's beginning to look like it ain't gonna happen.

I think you are delusional if you think we can fall much further behind and still make a run at the playoffs. This is a young team and needs to stay within striking distance.

Is James Shield building some trade value for later in the year? 4 out of his last 5 starts were solid (the exception being against the Cubs) and he's on his way to another quality start today. I know he'll never bring the haul that Sale or Q did, but it sure would be nice if we can turn him into some value later in the season.

How about trading James Shields for him? We open up a spot for Harvey, reduce salary even further, and obtain a player with potential trade value later in the season if Coop can fix him.

MLB Network couldn't switch back to the Yankees game quick enough. I think the ball had barely gotten back to the infield and the coverage was gone.

MLB Network now showing bonus coverage of Shields no-no.....of course they had to wait til the Yankees made 3 outs before they switched over.
