Casper was about five seconds behind on that swing. Wouldn't be surprised to see him gone before the end of the month, continuing his magical mystery tour.
My guess is that when the Sox era ends.....the tour comes to an end as well (unless there's a stop in Charlotte)
I've been so pissed all day that I've avoided posting all day. Just been drinking and breaking things to deal with my anger. It was irresponsible to send Sale to the mound the day when it was obvious last game that he had a tired arm. Not only did it cost us a possible W today, but now Sale will probably not be available until game 4 or 5 of the playoffs if we somehow make it. I've been a supporter of Robin's all year, but this decision was absolute stupidity and I can't deal with it. Robins gotta go. Let him finish the year if you want...but we gotta have a guy running this team in 2013 who has a little common sense.
Chris doesn't seem to have the "stuff" he had earlier in the season. He seems to be getting hit harder and not overpowering hitters like he's capable of doing. I'm afraid its the early signs of a dead arm.
If we are to win the Series this year, I think he's going to have to pitch on three days rest throughout the playoffs. I really think we should sit him for the final week and half to let his arm rest and liven up for the postseason ahead.
I hate to admit it....but I wanted Robin to pinch hit for Adam there. Buy that man a double quarter pounder, a 12 pack of beer, and a high class hooker!
I started this thread and was excited for the journey. Unfortunately, I got sick this week and had to cancel plans today. Glad to see Sox fans are representing though and will be there to help us take 2 out of 3!
I'm getting pumped about this team and am about 90% sure that a road trip is in my future this weekend! Anyone else going to Anaheim? I'm looking for a place to have beers before the game on Saturday and would love to meet up with some fellow Sox fans.

Yep. Still should be a W.
Unfortunately, I bet he goes back to a 4 inning pitcher who walks. 6 and gives up 5 runs next start. Letting that homer happen was the worst thing we could have done for his confidence

lol are you joking? He's been absolutely dominant today.
And let's have him leave the game with a feeling of dominance before he implodes. Let Septimo, Omogrossa, and Thorton finish the no hitter

Let's wait for a hit before we pull the plug on Liriano, lol
That's playing with fire. Let him leave the game with confidence and have Septimo start the 7th
