He isn’t being doxxed. He is a highly visible CEO for a big company, he was immediately recognized when this happened. If the woman’s name is revealed, that’s doxxing. She is a (presumably) private person. i don’t see any misogyny here. If some guy did this exact same act after a home run it would run the exact same reaction

That father threw no elbows, he did nothing bad. He ended up with the ball they all were reaching for. you keep making up background stories, what if this happened what if that happened. We saw what happened, that lady was pissed she didn’t get the ball and ran up to him and berated him in front of his son until he said “this isn’t worth it” and gave the ball back This game is supposed to be about enjoying it with your family; and frankly it’s appalling that you believe we need to get away from giving a ball to kid when you get a foul or a home run. We see videos every year of people doing that and the kids light up every time and those are awesome memories that make lifelong baseball players. I honestly can’t believe you are arguing this.

You may not like what they have done, but that stuff is making money hand over fist. Again, terrible people, but the stuff they are doing as owners for the success of the team is undeniable. Having that money to spend because of what they have done with their investment is not a bad thing, and I think all of us would be pretty fucking pleased if Jerry did 1/5th of the stuff around the park that the Ricketts have done

I just cannot get with this idea that the Ricketts are worse -owners-. They have spent to compete, they have massively upgraded the stadium, everything around the stadium for entertainment, the minor leagues, the staff, and they are no longer the loveable losers, they expect to compete every season now. I don’t like the Ricketts as people but they run laps around the Reinsdorfs in the actual owner category

The only people that can change the narrative surrounding this organization are on the field and coaching staff. There are still glaring needs on the team (DL and LT), but the thing everyone agreed needed to be done was get Caleb a real bonafide play caller coach, and they did that. I see this team landing anywhere from 7-10 to 10-7, with the latter because everything just came together. Looking forward to seeing an offense that schemes around defensive flaws
